Responses and communication from the host were very quick and helpful, usually within an hour or two. Everything was just as we expected when we got there. Property was very clean and had everything we needed. Sometimes rental properties treat renters as outsiders, however, everyone at the Pavillion was super helpful with info to get us around on and off the premises, and made us feel at home. Took a pickleball lesson from the tennis pro Adrian and he was wonderful and patient with a first-time player. Shuttles to and from the beach were always around, no long waiting times and they were very friendly (don't forget your wristband). If they weren't too busy, they would drop you off right near your condo. My son loved the golf course being so close by. Parking is abundant, which can sometimes be a problem at other properties we've stayed at. Our family of 5 adults had a great time and were very comfortable. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Thank you so much for such a thoughtful and detailed review! We’re thrilled to hear that your family of five had such a wonderful and comfortable stay. It’s especially great to know that the home was clean, well equipped, and that our team was quick and helpful throughout your visit. We love hearing that you felt welcomed by everyone at the Pavilion and were able to take advantage of so many of the community’s amenities. The convenient beach shuttles, ample parking, nearby golf, and comfortable beds and pillows all sound like they helped make your stay even more enjoyable. Thank you again for choosing our property and for the recommendation. We would absolutely love to welcome your family back for another stay!
