Stay in this ranch style house in Niagara Falls that is adjacent to the Lower Niagara Gorge and State Park. Just a short walk to the Aquarium, walking trails, 3rd Street (restaurant district) and the beautiful Niagara Falls. The house includes 3 bedrooms with 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and a bunk bed which has 1 full and two twin mattresses. Nice living room including pull out couch. The updated kitchen has quartz countertops and its perfectly equipped to make meals. Off street parking.

The house was nicely renovated with a great, well stocked kitchen. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. Niagara State park is just down the street and a 10 minute walk to the falls, just as described. The neighborhood was quiet and safe for us, but a little run down. Come support the USA side of the falls!

The inside was comfortable and had the basics of what we needed. The neighborhood was awful. We almost didn't get out of our car. We canceled all of our plans that occurred after dark because it felt unsafe. The listing states that's it's waking distance to the aquarium, but you're walking thru the hood to get there. We left a day early and got a hotel room.

Why they chose this property

I actually own two properties on this street. This quiet residential street is very close to everything and the neighbors are all very friendly.

What makes this property unique

There are not many houses in NF that are on a single floor. Niagara Falls typically has a lot of victorian two story houses as many of the houses were built in the early 1900's. This house was built after most of the homes on the street making the Constuction and layout much more traditional.
