Stay in "THE PALMS!" This well appointed, top floor condo enjoys a front row seat to gorgeous lake and gulf views. THIS IS THE ONLY FLOOR TO ENJOY THE GULF VIEW! The Palms has been designed with fun tropical furnishings, a well appointed kitchenette, and best of all - a balcony for coffee or cocktails to enjoy the spectacular scenery! Carillon offers a wealth of amenities including private beach access, 4 pools, tennis and a playground. You will love your stay at The Palms!

- Carillon sits on 104 acres and offers 3900 feet of beach front
- Carillon Market Street is home to local eateries, galleries and boutiques
- Beach access within a short walk (5-7 minutes depending on which access)

We provide an initial starter kit of amenities for all of our guests.
FOR THE KITCHEN: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 4 dishwasher pods or liquid equivalent and no less than 3 extra liners for the kitchen trash
FOR THE BATH: Each bathroom will have 2 rolls of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner and trash can liner.

We love dogs and are happy to provide a dog friendly space for your vacation! However, it's important to note that dogs are not allowed on the beach in front of the condo, or any of the beaches along 30A. There is a dog beach at Pier Park located at 16303 Front Beach Rd. Panama City Beach where Fido can meet some new friends and enjoy our gorgeous Emerald Coast!

Perfect for our short impromptu trip to the beach. Had everything we needed and was a leisurely walk to the beach. The beach was never crowded and the property had a variety of places to eat. We rented bikes at the little General Store and rode bikes to Rosemary Beach and even to Pier Park. We brought chairs but they do offer chair/umbrella rentals at the beach for 50 per day - nice place to stay and we had no issues while we were there. Area is safe and quick drives to other surrounding beaches as well.

Beautiful view, clean condo with always ready hot water. Condo decor needs updating, huge plastic palm must go! Decent lamp in living room would be nice. Otherwise everything we needed and good location. Would stay again and recommend.

The Palms

The unit was perfect for our needs. Very clean with all the amenities as described. We spend most of our time on the beach so we really just required clean linens, hot showers, and a small kitchen. This unit has all of that plus a beautiful balcony view. We'll be back.

We had a wonderful time during our stay at the resort, but I dropped my phone as soon as we arrived. Normally, this wouldn’t be a problem, but the only way to access our room and other areas was through a code. This code had been emailed to us by the owners prior to our arrival. Unfortunately, with my phone broken and no support staff available on the grounds, we were left wondering how we would get into our room. After some time, we were able to access an email and have the codes forwarded to another phone, allowing us to enjoy our vacation. The property was beautiful, and we thoroughly enjoyed the rest of our trip. What started as a bit of a challenge turned out to be a wonderful experience!
