PLAY / CARILLON RESORT
**The Inn is nestled in the stunning Carillon beach community in Sunnyside, FL. Our prime location is just minutes (less than 3 miles) to Rosemary Beach and 30A, and so close to Pier Park with amazing outdoor shopping, dining and entertainment. You will love strolling through the private beach neighborhood with so many resort amenities including 4 pools (3 are heated in the winter through spring break), 2 hot tubs, playground, basketball, and tennis courts. You will enjoy exploring the lush, tropically landscaped grounds and you will have access to EIGHT private beach access points! Getting to the beach will require walking and we provide a beach cart. The beach access points do not have parking. It is a beautiful walk through the Carillon neighborhood.

- 4 pools, 2 hot tubs (3 pools are heated from winter through spring break)
- Tennis and pickle ball courts, basketball court, walking trails, playground area, green spaces, and meeting hall/wedding chapel
- 8 beach access points with seasonal beach service for an additional fee (March 1 - October 31)
- Carillon Market Street includes shops and restaurants including the General Store to pick up sundries, sunscreen, or your new favorite Carillon sweatshirt!
- Only minutes to the Publix grocery store - get a Pub Sub and your groceries for quick beach meals
- 7.5 miles to Pier Park with all the best shopping, dining, and entertainment
- 2.8 miles to Rosemary Beach, 3.6 miles to Seacrest Beach, 15 miles to Seaside
- 11 miles to Shipwreck Island Water Park
- 8.5 miles to Gulf World Marine Park / Dolphin Encounters
- 17 miles to pontoon rentals for excursions to Shell Island, dolphin cruises, or air boat tours
- Golf cart rentals are allowed - we will send you info upon booking (first come first served)

EXTRAS
- Freshly laundered linens and fluffy white towels
- We provide starter supplies of toiletries, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher tabs, laundry tabs, and trash bags. Once this supply runs out, you will need to purchase additional supplies.

THE FINE PRINT

• Minimum Age: This property requires a minimum of one adult over the age of 25 stay at the property throughout the entire rental term. The primary guest is responsible for all additional guests.
• Pet Free Property - Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the NO PET policy will result in immediate eviction, plus additional cleaning charges. Our building does not allow guest pets and Emotional Support Animals are not required to be allowed by law in vacation rentals.
• All reservations include a mandatory rental agreement to finalize your reservation that must be signed within 48 hours. All your arrival information will be included in this information for an easy and organized vacation experience!
• CHECK-IN BEGINS AT 4:00 PM and CHECK-OUT IS BY 10:00 AM. You will be notified automatically on arrival day if the property is available for early arrival – fees may apply.
• Easy self-check-in is available via the keypad on the front door - a personalized code will be in your arrival instructions at check in time.
• Every reservation includes an accidental damage waiver for separate purchase or a security deposit hold – should any accidental damage occur during your stay, simply notify us as soon as you can and provide a photo. We will file the damage waiver and replace/repair before the next rental guests arrive!
• We offer optional post booking travel insurance to protect your vacation investment – this will include trip cancellations and delays, medical conditions, hurricanes, and much more.
• No smoking/vaping/drugs/firearms allowed in our condo or on the balcony
• All guests renting must register their vehicle via the SymLiv web-based software and pay a resort/amenity fee
• Per Bay County law, the possession or consumption of alcohol is not allowed on beaches during the month of March.
• Max number of guests includes guests of all ages including infants/children to comply with our vacation rental permit, HOA laws, and local fire code laws. Exceeding the guest count is grounds for immediate eviction with no refund.
• All guests booking through the Airbnb booking platform will be required to upload a valid ID for check-in purposes.

*Departure instructions – we know you are on vacation and here to relax so we don't have a long list of chores! All we ask that our guests remove all trash and food and start the dishwasher with any remaining dishes. This small list allows our professional housekeeping team to clean and sanitize the condo during our short rental turn in time for our next guests. We appreciate you!

Best Kept Secret

I almost don’t want to say anything and keep this to myself. Seriously, if you want a place that has it all - gated community, pools, beach, bikes, sidewalks and its own small business district ( general store, massages, gym, and eateries). I’ve been going to PCB for 30 years and never knew about this area. For families, this is the place to go.

Renovated and clean

Great looking and super clean unit. Beds and bedding are super comfortable. It’s great for a small family or couple. Great view too off the lake! Definitely Recommend
