Located in a gated community, you will be separated from the festival hustle and bustle but close enough to allow easy access to the festival grounds.

Great 2 bedroom home perfectly placed within PGA West.Pool located almost next door with four further pools all on same street within 2 minutes walk (one with covered shade and heated spa)Home was spotlessly clean and exactly as described with good amenities.Bathrooms and closets were spacious and bed was super comfy.Communication with Tim the owner was seamless from booking to check out.Would definitely recommend this property for a quiet stay in a beautiful location.Hope to return again in the future

Perfect for two couples

We booked this for the month of November and were very happy with the accommodations. The location is on a beautiful pond with waterfalls and facilitates gorgeous sunrises to the east and mountains on the west. We enjoyed the three pools in close proximity as well as the grapefruit and the lemons on the property. The home was clean and tastefully decorated and has all that you need including a gas grill that is clean and works. The beds and linens were very comfortable. All our questions were promptly answered and Tim ensured we had no issues with entry when guests came to stay with few days. I would highly recommend this home to anyone who wants to explore the area. The golf and hiking trails are plentiful and Old Town La Quinta is absolutely charming.
