Come and stay at the magnificent "Simply Stay Executive" which has been newly remodeled! This beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 full bathroom home is centrally located in Green Bay, only minutes away from Lambeau Field and Downtown Green Bay. It is the perfect accommodation for large groups, as it is furnished and equipped with all of your needs in mind. Situated just a block away from Mather Heights Park, you can enjoy a relaxing swim with your kids in this tranquil, mature tree-lined boulevard.

This is one of the few Boulevards in Green Bay. Makes your stay very quiet with not a whole lot of through traffic with the mature tree lined center Boulevard. Take a walk to the park a block away with a pool for the kids.

Full access to entire house including Gazebo in yard.

This location offers many options from a single guest to a group looking for a place to stay. HDTV, Wi-Fi internet and on-site parking in a two stall attached garage. Overnight street parking is also available during non winter months.

Bedroom 1 - Queen Size bed, nightstand, and built in closet. (Sleeps 2)

Bedroom 2 - Double & Single bed, nightstand, and closet. (Sleeps 3)

Bedroom 3 - Queen Size Bed, nightstand, built in closet and vanity. (Sleeps 2)

Bathroom 1 - Full bathroom with granite, new tub surround, and LVP flooring.

Living Room - Fireplace, Pull out Sleeper Sofa (sleeps 2)

Basement is finished and has two queen sofa pull out sleepers. Blow up mattress also on site (Sleeps 4-6)

House is nice as the description mentions, but it was not very clean. The sheets looked dirty, I found a fast-food wrapper between the mattress and the headboard when I was stripping off the sheets for our departure. In that same room there was a dirty Q-Tip in the top drawer of the dresser. The mattress for the basement pull out bed looks stained and not the cleanest to sleep in. The air mattress did not hold in the air in very well.

House was smaller than the pictures. Looked like a big backyard but it wasn’t. The gazebo was garbage with a broken window. Black mold in the bathroom.
