Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Please place all trash inside the outdoor trash bin. If your check-out falls on Monday or Thursday, kindly roll the trash can to the curb.

Please turn off all lights and set the thermostats to 75°F before checking out.

Guests should park behind your car to avoid blocking the next unit’s parking spot. Never block the driveway to the main house.
