Located on a wooded lot of the Villages of Clearwater Community, this dog-friendly, 2-bedroom, 2 full bath cottage is the perfect haven for a delightful vacation retreat with easy access to everything. Be sure to take advantage of the community pool and pickleball/tennis courts, or take a walk around the quaint, quiet neighborhood. The charming town of Bethany Beach is just a short drive or bike ride away, and the bustling boardwalks of Rehoboth Beach or Ocean City, MD are less than 25 minutes from the cottage.
The living room offers a 65 inch LCD Smart TV. The well stocked kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, which can be enjoyed at the kitchen island or dining area. Enjoy your cup of coffee or glass of wine in the screened-in front porch. The four-season sunroom in the back of the house is the perfect spot to read, do a puzzle, stream a show on the flat-screen TV, or just enjoy the wind chimes and bird songs.
The primary bedroom features a queen bed and private bathroom with shower. The second bedroom offers two twin beds, and the sunroom has a pull-out sofa. Both bedrooms offer dressers and closet space. An additional bathroom includes a shower/tub combo and stacked washer and dryer for guest use.
This home offers beach chairs and sand toys for use during your stay. Guests are welcome to use the two complimentary kayaks (at their own risk) to explore the nearby waterways (please note that kayaks need to be transported by car, this home does not have direct water access).
Every detail in this cottage has been thoughtfully curated to ensure a seamless, delightful, and special vacation experience.

This home is open to dogs for an additional fee.

Linens will be at the property prior to check in. Linens include sheets for all beds, and bath towels.

Perfect, peaceful home for Delmarva exploration

Just as pictured, this lovely home offered everything we needed for a relaxing week in the Delmarva area. I’m not sure the photos do justice to the quiet, tree-filled location in which this house is nestled. It was absolutely peaceful to drink coffee on the porch and to grill on the back deck. A short drive to Bethany Beach, this house was a perfect home base for our day trips to Lewes, Rehoboth, Ocean City, and Assateague. Highly recommend.

We had a nice stay. Our family time together is always the most important thing and we are enjoy ourselves. Pros:-Quiet, friendly neighborhood -Good sized community pool-House stocked with cooking/dining in essentials-Dog friendly home and neighborhood Cons:-The house was not very clean. It appeared to be, but the thick dust balls, cob webs and empty drink bottles under furniture made me wonder why we pay for a cleaning service.-The lock was broken and several times took 20minutes to get in (the office dropped off keys, but the actual lock is broken so that too locked us out-Very uncomfortable beds-The house is old so the hvac and plumbing is very noisy-The wifi kicked us out everytime we turned off the television-The cost of bed linens and towels should be optional. Many people prefer to use their own.
