Villa ANEMONI - Gerani Villas with private swimming pool

Villa Anemoni is a modern holiday home on the slope of a hill above the village of Gerani. It provides very comfortable furnishing and facilities and you can enjoy the luxury of a private garden with swimming pool and a sun terrace.
The villa has 3 bedrooms, three of them furnished with double beds and one with 2 single beds, and 2bathrooms each, at ground and first floor.
OUTDOOR
The visitor is able to enjoy the “green” scenery next to his own swimming pool. Outside the living-room there is a terrace which lines the swimming pool of 40 square meters size which has a paddling-pool section.
Lawn, ornamental plants and a barbecue of natural stone make the outer facilities complete.
Garden furniture are available on the terrace and on the balconies, and by the swimming pool there are sunbeds and umbrellas.
INDOOR
The villa provides a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning (living area and bedrooms), satellite TV set, radio, open fireplace, Wi-Fi Internet access, washing machine, safe deposit box, hairdryer, iron and board, baby cots, sun terrace, private swimming pools 40 sqm, paddling pool, BBQ, sun umbrellas, sunbeds / deck chairs , outdoor parking.
The living-room on the ground floor has an open fireplace and a satellite color TV set which also allows to listen international radio programs.
The dining area and the kitchen are connected cornerwise.
All bedrooms and the living-room have separate air conditioning units which can be regulated individually. They can be switched to heating mode during chilly nights and in wintertime.
Washing-machine, iron and board are available, furthermore a safe deposit box and a hairdryer.
Solar hot water supply with auxiliary electric heating. Rooms cleaning as well as change of sheets and towels twice per week.
Wireless internet access (ADSL / WiFi) is available all over the holiday villa site.
The kitchen equipment is modern and very comprehensive. It includes electric hobs with 4 hot-plates and bake-ovens, microwave ovens, integrated refrigerators/freezers and dishwashers.
The kitchen is equipped with pots and pans, plates and dishes, cutlery and glassware, refrigerator / deep freezer, electric hobs with 4 plates and bake-ovens, microwave oven, dishwasher, extractor fan, coffee-maker, electric kettle, electric juice squeezer, toaster.
The barbecue in the garden is prepared not only for sausages and steaks but also for spits.
LOCATION
It is set in a really peaceful scenery with excellent sea and sunset views, but in the same time in a five minute distance from the facilities of the village Gerani.
A supermarket, two mini markets, baker's shop, butcher's shop, pastry shop, hairdresser, kafenion and two tavernas are located in the 1 km distant village center.
Below the village at the swimming-bay (2.4 kms) there are two more tavernas.
The nearest LIDL market with a rich choice of budget imported foodstuffs is located by the highway short before Rethymnon (6 kms).
The villa is located in the centre of Crete, so it makes it easy to the visitors to program their excursions to the great beaches and monuments of the island.
Only 45 minutes by car to Chania and 1 hour far from Heraklion, the visitors is able to enjoy Crete’s unique beauty.
The same time, you can visit all excellent beaches of Rethymno, at the north and south side of the prefecture, in less than 45 minutes per case.
