Villa totalmente equipada que contiene 2 edificios independientes que se pueden reservar solo como uno.

Villa Kokkinos es una villa de 200 m² que consta de dos edificios, uno al lado del otro, que ofrece 4 dormitorios, 2 cocinas, 2 salas de estar en total y una amplia zona al aire libre. La villa puede alojar hasta 8 personas en camas y hasta 10 personas si es necesario.

El edificio principal es una casa de 140 m² de dos pisos y el otro es un 60 m² un piso estudio independiente. La villa contiene todas las instalaciones que pueda necesitar para sus vacaciones.

La villa está situada en una zona residencial llamada "Sfakaki", a sólo 5 km de distancia de la zona de "Platanias" ya 9 km de la ciudad de Rethymno. La larga playa de arena de Rethymno se encuentra a sólo 1 km de distancia de la villa!

Ofrece una exquisita vista al mar, una maravillosa puesta de sol y es un destino perfecto para unas vacaciones tranquilas y relajadas. Hay un precioso jardín con piscina donde se puede disfrutar del sol griego y la hermosa naturaleza de Creta. Además, hay excelentes instalaciones al aire libre que mantendrán entretenidos a niños y adultos.

Desde su excelente ubicación, la villa es un excelente punto de partida para excursiones de un día.

Disposición interior del edificio principal:

En la planta baja se encuentra la sala de estar, que ofrece un área de entretenimiento completa, ya que el rincón de la TV tiene un reproductor de DVD, una TV vía satélite, conexión inalámbrica a internet y una chimenea que hacen de la casa un atractivo destino de invierno. En la misma planta, se encuentra el comedor con una mesa grande, que es cómodo para todos los huéspedes, un W / C y un plan abierto, cocina totalmente equipada con todos los elementos esenciales, tales como horno eléctrico, microondas, nevera y congelador, lavavajillas, cafetera y tostadora.

Una escalera interior de mármol lo lleva al primer piso, donde puede encontrar 3 habitaciones con camas dobles y 2 baños, uno con bañera y ducha y el otro con ducha.

Disposición interior del Estudio independiente:

Entrar en el estudio se encuentra un área abierta que contiene una sala de estar con una televisión de alta definición, una cocina totalmente equipada y un comedor. De toda la zona abierta que tendrá la oportunidad de disfrutar de espectaculares vistas al mar ya que hay grandes puertas corredizas de vidrio que también conducen a la zona al aire libre.

Junto a la sala de estar hay un dormitorio con vistas directas al mar. El dormitorio consta de una cama doble, un armario grande, una cabina de hidromasaje y un cuarto de baño con ducha y una lavadora. Esta habitación es muy especial y única, ya que tiene grandes puertas corredizas de vidrio que le ofrece la oportunidad de disfrutar del lujo mágica vista al mar cada momento del día y de la noche.

Área al aire libre

En el exterior, hay un patio bien cercado con jardines de flores, una piscina, jacuzzi, un área de juegos con sombra para niños, un aro de baloncesto, 4 bicicletas y un estacionamiento para hasta 3 autos. Al lado del estacionamiento también puedes encontrar una sala con equipo de gimnasio, mesa de ping pong y un tablero de dardos, ¡que te mantendrá entretenido!

Cómodos sofás, mesas de comedor grandes y tumbonas garantizan noches de verano de relax con vistas mágicas al mar! Nuestras ricas instalaciones al aire libre le garantizan una estancia agradable.

The villa is in a beautiful setting overlooking the sea and the accommodation is lovely. The hosts were welcoming and brought us food and drinks for the first couple of days. We were very happy with everything. Our only complaint was that we paid quite a bit of money to have the pool heated for our entire stay, but it was freezing cold on the last morning. We’d recommend staying here and we’d definitely consider going back there for another holiday.

Eight adults stayed here and we had a lovely time. It is well equipped and very comfortable. The beach is a short 5 - 10 mins walk away with a few restaurants close by. A lovely time and place to stay.

Great stay

Thanks for an overall amazing stay. Villa is large and accommodating, the food on the evening of our arrival was a nice touch and much appreciated. Spilies beach is a 10min drive and much better than the local one which has no amenities. No real negatives worth mentioning.

Family vacation

The villa was prefect and very spacious. We had a 3 year old and a 5 year old and there was lots of toys to keep them entertained. Parking was tight, as it is in most of Crete. We had a 9 passenger van due to the amount of people and getting in and out was difficult. In the evening right over the pool horizon was the most beautiful sunset!

Ideal home for a family vacation

We stayed here recently for an extended multigenerational family vacation. There were 10 of us and this place was perfect for us. All the main rooms were spacious. All the bedrooms large enough with plenty of places to sleep. The pool, hot tub were superb. The grounds and garden area were all well maintained. There were toys and things for kids to play with and keep busy. The patio areas, BBQ and outdoor dining were all well equipped. Best of all was the host. He was kind and generous and super helpful. He brought us a delicious hot meal and cold drinks the evening of our arrival which was great after our drive from Heraklion. The chicken souvlaki and beef were the best we had on the island. We would recommend this place and Crete to anyone. The home was close to Rethymno, nice beaches, and fun things to do and places to hike in the middle of island. All in all, really loved it.

Super holiday in Sfakaki, Crete

We stayed in Villa Kokkinos, managed by Etouri, in Sfakaki,Crete, for a week in May. Villa was superb - had everything we needed, including so many little extras such as soft fluffy pool towels, lots of cupboard essentials, dishwasher with liquid, plenty of loo paper!! The owner also provided us with a meal delivered from his own Restaurant, at the Villa, the night we arrived, a welcome basket and we were also able to send him before we left home, a short shopping list of things we might need until we could do our own proper shop, which was waiting for us when we got there, all put away in the fridge and cupboards. The beds and pillows were comfy, there was a Games Room, a children's play area, a small football net, a basketball stand and fitness equipment - and of course, the lovely pool and hot tub!! My son and his girlfriend also enjoyed having their own separate little villa in the grounds, which gave them a bit of time and space away fom us 'oldies' Both Villas were beautifully clean and very well cared for. We had plenty of hot water for showers. The balconies gave lovely views of the sea and mountains and were great to have breakfast or watch the sun go down. Nice area, with lots of Restaurants and a couple of mini supermarkets, I would recommend hiring a car, in order to see the many beautiful areas of Crete. We were very sorry to leave!

En fantastisk trevlig och välutrustat villa som passade vår familj utmärkt. Farmor och farfar i det mindre huset och de två yngre familjerna med barn i det större. Den trevliga grillplatsen användes dagligen för gemensamma måltider. Vi blev personligt mottagna på ankomstdagen överraskade med en mkt god måltid och bra info om huset. Snabb åtgärd när något inte fungerade. Alla supernöjda.

Die Anlage ist super, genau wie in der Anzeige beschrieben, wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt mit sehr netten Kontakt zur Vermieterin, genau wie zu der Verwaltung. Wurden mit reichhaltigem Essen am Anreisetag begrüßt..während des Aufenthaltes wurde einmalgereingt und auch kam jeden Morgen jemand zum Pool und Anlage reinigen Wir waren einfach begeistert. La maison est situé pas trop loin de la plage et des restaurants à 10 mn de Rethymno à peu près en voiture . La maison est sympa et très pratique avec ses deux cuisines et sa terrasse avec barbecue . Wir waren hier um die Hochzeit meiner Nichte zu feiern. Der Aufenthalt in der Villa war ursprünglich für mehr Personen geplant (Wir waren nur 5 Erwachsene). Hier könnten locker 2 Familien mit Kindern Urlaub machen. Uns hat alles sehr gut gefallen! Das Nötigste für`s Frühstück kann man zu Fuß in einem kleinen Laden einkaufen, sonst braucht man ein Mietauto. Am Abend unserer Ankunft stand geliefertes Essen auf dem Tisch und im Kühlschrank waren kühle Getränke. Einfach super! Dafür nochmals vielen Dank!

Wonderful Villa

We had a great holiday in this beautiful, spacious villa. The owner came by frequently to clean the pool and outside areas. The meal he provided on our first evening was much appreciated as were the pastries the next morning. The outside seating areas were great as were the pool and hot tub. There is a nice beach within walking distance and a good local supermarket. There are many nice restaurants and lovely beaches within a short drive. Etouri, the local agents, were excellent.

Fantastic stay

We loved the property and the facilities. The owner was great, came to the villa shortly after we arrived with a huge meal for us which was delicious. Arrived the next morning with bread and pastries! The pool area was great the kids loved it, was kept very clean by the owner. Hey also loved the games area for playing table tennis and darts. Location was great for us with lots of great places for dinner within a short driving distance. Overall we had a fantastic stay and would definitely go back.

Beautiful villa in Nice quiet location.

We had a great stay and it worked perfectly for our extended family including 4 very young children. The villa was very clean and also cleaned again a couple of times during the week. We did not have a car but the supermarket, beach and tavernas were all within a 5 to 10 minute walk at most. The only thing that I would note is that the pool is a bit deeper that we had expected, with no shallow end. Neither my wife or I could touch the bottom so not great if you can't swim and are not very tall. There is a very small shallower part but this is also too deep for toddlers. There are however armbands and swimming rings provided. Overall though it would be hard to think of anything else we could have wanted that it did not have. Very highly recommended and we would definitely stay again.

Great villa with fun outdoor area

The owner, George is amazing. He was very kind and even brought food from his restaurant our first day! The house is great. Air conditioning worked wonderfully. Inside has everything you need unless you want to do a lot of cooking, which we did not. There are restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance as well as a supermarket. Bedrooms are big and confortable. This location is close enough that you can buzz downtown in about 12 minutes via car. Our whole family enjoyed the pool, and our kids loved the basketball hoop and there is a separate section for soccer with a little goal. The our door is really well laid out for maximum fun. We wouls stay here again.

Couldn't have asked for more...

We as a family of 7 spent a week at this villa. It is perfectly located near the beach and also a well stocked grocery store. There is a pharmacy, bakery and a number of coffee shops close by. Villa Huge villa with plenty of space. Well organised, plenty of accessories for small children as well as bikes to go exploring the local area. Two outdoor BBQ's as well as a Pizza Oven which we did not use. There is also a lovely hot tub to make use of. One of the great things about this stay is that it is a managed villa so there is always someone on hand to resolve any issues or even give advice on restaurants or day trips out. They can even arrange a chef to come and cook for you. We have never had this feature when hiring villas so this was brilliant. Host What can I say about our host? Fantastic care and attention. Upon arrival, he bought us an abundance of local food for the whole family. Attended daily to clean the pool even before anyone was up and upon our departure, came over to bid us farewell with a selection of patisseries. He couldn't do enough to ensure we have uninterrupted and enjoyable stay. There is so much to do in the area that we wished we had stayed for a couple of weeks. It is well worth getting a car to go explore the island however the bus stop is only a 5 min walk away and will take you all over the island for a mere €7. It is also worth noting that many of the local hotels are on the beach and they are all very welcoming to non-residents. We spend a couple of days at a hotel, enjoying a few drinks, a bit of lunch whilst using all the facilities. At a minimum it saved paying for sunbeds as these were free. Thank you everyone for making our holiday so special.

A fantastic house, with a fantastic location and fantastic owners.

We were four adults and one child (8). We loved everything about this house and the village. This house had everything we needed and we got more than we could dream of. The cleaning was also great, they were so nice and did a fantastic jobb. This house has a great location and we lived among local greeks and that was wonderful. The house has an amazing garden and several sitting areas. The pool was amazing and was cleaned every day and the beach was at walking distance. There was a Super Market at walking distance as well and it had everything you could wish for and the people that worked there was so wonderful and helpfull. Upon arrivel we were welcomed by the owner and they brought us delicious dinner from their own restaurant. Our family has rented several houses before, but this house and everything about it was the best!!!!! Thank you so much for making our vacation perfect! Marianne:)

Beautiful, well equipped property

This is a lovely property with a lot of space, well equipped for adults and kids alike. There was a bit of confusion around getting in, with the instructions saying to call someone when we left the airport, only to be told by the person who answered (the daughter of the owner) to call when we arrived. The son of the owner was at the property when we arrived but wasn’t really sure what was happening, but he did give us the keys. The owner and his daughter arrived a couple of hours later with a beautiful welcome meal from their restaurant which was gratefully received. We were just left in limbo a bit not knowing when they were coming and needed to go to the supermarket. The property agents were great, checking in by WhatsApp every so often. They also helped us find a supermarket with gluten free supplies (AB Supermarket for anyone that needs to know). The owner’s daughter also gave us restaurant recommendations and was available to answer any questions. The bikes, BBQ, hot tub, in fact everything was well maintained - the owner came every day to clean the pool and do a general sweep up outside. I’d recommend the Pantelis supermarket which is a short walk. Saves driving further afield and is well stocked. We had a great stay, and would thoroughly recommend Villa Kokkinos.

Staying in Villa Kokkinos

The house was really nice. Especially the ”little” house. the owners were really friendly and easygoing. We felt that they trust us and didn’t explain things too much. They even brought us lunch on the first day, that was so nice. The pool area was big enough, and the sun shined there the whole day. The bicycles were ok. Nearest grocery store was near, by foot 7minutes. The only minus were ”loud” bed in the small house… Nice beaces/little towns near by were Bali and Panormo. Rethymnos was really lovely too. Superb!

Huge amount of spacious welcoming accomodation set in the most beautiful surroundings. From the warmest welcome by Magdalena, her charming introduction to the villa and it's great features, to the welcome foods hot, cold and enough to feed 10 plus hungry people! Hot tub and pool heated and ready to go, very welcome luxuries as we were very early in the season so from sunset a bit chilly and sea temperatures for the brave. Plenty of warm blankets. Spotlessly clean throughout and everything worked from Bar-b-q areas to pizza oven all fully provisioned with charcoal etc etc we had some fantastic supper evenings. We met Mr George and his lovely son when they came in to check the pool etc. The agency were brilliant and when one of my son's had a serious and painful ear infection we went to the nearby medical centre. Outstanding quality of care and some great restaurant suggestions from the Doc! Beach 10mins, local organic shop lovely red wine 5 mins, Lidl 5 min drive, Rethamno ancient centre, free parking at the port. The Old fortress and caves. Also have to mention Ikarus Water Sports, Manny and his team for Jet Ski free for all or Safari on brand new skis plus Dolphins Diving where 6 of us went to a beautiful secluded cove with Jain and his Dad. A brilliant introductory dive particularly for 3 of the party who hadn't dived before 14, 15 and 19. One of whom was very nervous but with their lovely relaxed approach enabled her to dive to around 17 metres for just under an hour. Safe, friendly and know all the best sites for new starters to more challenging dives for more experienced folks. Information and advice always available. Communications helpful and always there.. Everything we needed for a short 7 day holiday that was perfection. Beautiful surroundings and warm and friendly hosts that you will only find in Greece. Brilliant. We will be back very soon.

Toller Service

Der Checkin war äußerst unkompliziert! Wir haben gekühlte Getränke und eine warme Mahlzeit bei Ankunft bekommen. Toller Service! Außerdem wurden alle drei Tage Handtücher sowie Bettwäsche getauscht. Der Pool wurde fast jeden Tag gereinigt. Leider hatte der Whirlpool einen sehr unangenehmen Geruch, sodass wir ihn nicht wirklich nutzen konnte. Alles in allem ein tolles Anwesen, der Service war wirklich sehr gut und die Gastgeber waren sehr nett! Vielen Dank!
