Cortez 1502 Exceptional one bedroom at the desirable Las Palomas Resort. Great getaway option for five in this luxurious one bedroom Las Palomas condominium. Plus, this Resort has it all. Very popular for its many amenities, Las Palomas is right on the beach as well.

This spacious condo pairs a roomy main living area, with an intimate bedroom suite. The bedroom features a comfortable King bed, closet, and wall mounted TV. Walk through into the elegant bathroom, with its granite tiles walls, double sink vanity, and glass door shower.

The living room combines a raised dining table for four, a well appointed kitchen, and a seating area by the sliding glass balcony doors. The kitchen is done in dark cabinets and a rich granite counter top. There are all major appliances, as well as full dinnerware, and cookware. Upholstered stools line the raised kitchen counter. Through a door is the utility room, with its sink, washer, and dryer. The living room has two sofas and a wall mounted TV.

Through the siding doors is the balcony, which overlooks the Resorts pools and the beach beyond. Here you will find an intimate seating area, great for enjoying sunsets.

Fast Getaway

The condo was very clean which was a huge plus. I’d actually rate this place at a 3.5 for two reasons. 1. The bed was hard as a rock and the pull out sofa was basically the flattest mattress known to man that was sitting on top of metal bars. I mean the floor was more comfortable. 2. Outdoor patio seating was not comfortable to even sit outside on.
