Family Key West Vacation

This historical property has a great location and is well maintained. Kitchen was stocked with essentials for cleaning and cooking. Although the buildings are very close together, the pool, hot tub and outdoor area are fenced in for privacy. The 3rd floor bedroom area was perfect for our 4 grandchildren. All ten of us enjoyed the location only a few blocks from Duval St.

Amazing home in Key West

Truly a beautiful property. Was plenty of room for our large family. The pool was perfect. The location can not be beat. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone looking in the area.

Fantastic Weekend Getaway

We had a fantastic time at the Casa Victoria Historical House over St Patrick's weekend because of the location and multiple areas to hang out and relax. I recommend this spot if you are going with a group of people for a weekend getaway!!!

Great property

Wonderful to stay near town and marina. Easy walk to everything. Property is well appointed and while on a busier street, it has privacy. Would definitely book again.

Great family getaway!

Casa Victoria was a wonderful vacation for our family of 9 and one baby. Great house that was comfortable and well equipped. The location was perfect and in walking distance to Duvall St and numerous restaurants.

Relaxation in Key West

Wonderful Property for Friends and Family

We enjoyed our stay in Casa Victoria - for the house as well as the neighborhood. Walking distance to great restaurants, Faustos, and CVS… without the chaos of Duval!

Key West Family Vacation

Everyone enjoyed our stay. The pool and the hot tub were a big hit as well as the outdoor covered eating area. The fans helped keeps us cool. The house is a big beautiful historic house that is close to everything.

Family Vacation

Great Location and comfortable house. Had a problem with A/C on 3rd floor- called Last Key and it was fixed promptly. Enjoyed the back yard pool area. Would recommend for large families or groups.

KW Bound 6/19-6/23

Casa Victoria had ample space for all four couples . The decor throughout the home was simply a happy place to be on vacation. Everyday we enjoyed the beautiful round dining table to discuss and set the day or play cards. The jacuzzi and pool were perfect after a long day out walking around. Would definitely come back .

Historic key west gathering spot!

Fantastic place for a group of family/friends in a historic building full of character. Easy to walk to restaurants/bars and other amenities. Has a driveway as parking seems sparse in KW. Landlord was very helpful and communicative and wouldn’t hesitate to stay there or recommend others do as well.

Beautiful property. Had a great stay. The third floor does get hot during the day. We did stay in July. So it’s a very hot time outside. But we weren’t able to sit up there until night time.

The listing was a little deceiving in listing one of the top floor rooms as a bedroom when in fact it was more like a loft as there was no door and wall to separate it from the hall.

Charming older home with amazing location

Casa Victoria is well-represented in the photos online. It could use some upgrades to some of the furniture but we truly enjoyed it and the property manager went above-and-beyond to ensure we were happy and had everything we need. The location can't be beat, just a short walk to Duvall and the beach. We rented beach bikes which made getting around even more fun. Truly a wonderful vacation. Thank you to Shel and his team!

Nice location but property is a bit old

Great location, but house is a bit old and needs updates. When you rent for a week and paying close to $10k, would be nice to have newer towels with no stains and extra sheets.

Family trip to key west

The location and size of this house are great specially, for a family gathering check in process and property. Managers were extremely friendly. The only issue that we had was we were not informed that the Jacuzzi would not be working. I was a little letdown, but overall we had a great experience.

Great house lots of room for large group. Great laundry . Minor issue pool heaters being repaired and to cold to use pool without it pumps were on order . Did not affect our stay. Out contact person Alice was wonderful always available and helped us with anything we needed The location was very convenient to walk to Duval and most locations even Southern point . Would definitely use this company and house again . Very clean and comfortable.

Best 50th Birthday Trip

I celebrated my 50th birthday in Key West with my husband, kids and family and this property was absolutely perfect for our stay! We had 8 people in the group. There was plenty of room for all including restrooms in all rooms. The property was immaculate. The kitchen had everything needed to prepare meals. We were also in town for the Super Bowl and used the outdoor grill which was plus as well! The pool and sauna were very nice to enjoy and relax. We vacation in Key West around 3 times a year and this was definitely our favorite property that we have stayed!
