Delightfully walkable!

Enjoyed the character of the neighborhood- from driving in to walking to dinner and breakfast. The house was clean, comfortable & as advertised.

Where to begin. Kyle & Christine were fabulous to rent from. On the day of check in, I had a small concern in regards to number of guests that I had originally booked. The situation was resolved in less than 5 minutes. The house was perfect for myself / wife / and some other guests whom were in town for my son’s wedding. On a side note, the area the house sits in is perfect for having an event in downtown Indy. Thank You so much for making my son’s wedding a little less chaotic. Mike & Kim Kick

The house is nestled in a perfect location and was close walking distance to many restaurants and things to do. There were plenty of beds to accommodate several people. Great space!

House was the absolute perfect place for our group of 8. Close to the city with plenty of places to visit within walking distance. Owners are responsive and accommodating. Will definitely be booking here again.

We were in Indy to see Taylor Swift and wanted a house so we could be together. . The house was perfect for our needs. The host was very accommodating.

Good location, nice amount of room for 8 people

Enjoyed our stay as we ( good friends) gathered for an event at The Murat. Nice kitchen and allowed for us to enjoy meals right there and then walk to our venue. Lots of restaurants/bars close by if you enjoy that as well. Wonderful historical buildings close by as well.Kitchen was a little sparse. Didn't have enough glasses for 8 people. Little tight on silverware for 8.Could have used more than one louch of coffee.But would stay here again.

A gem of a stay

This house was perfection. We took a chance renting with no reviews, the house had just been put up for rent days before we booked. It ended up being all we needed and more. It's a newly renovated, beautiful home in a picturesque neighborhood. We walked to eat and get coffee. There are so many good options within blocks! We wanted for nothing while there. All necessary and added amenities, comfortable beds and thoughtful touches. Would definitely rent again!
