The Wyndham Grand Desert Resort (Wyndham Timeshare Resort) is located just one and a half blocks from the Las Vegas Strip and is located just down the street from the Planet Hollywood Resort. This stunning property is located within walking distance from some of the world’s finest dining, shopping, live entertainment, nightlife, and gaming. Amenities at the resort include, a fitness center, game room, business center, on-site deli, hot tub, and three pools with one being an adult only pool.

The condo available for rent is a 2 bedroom - 2 bath furnished condo. The condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, cookware and dishes. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a private bath that includes a Jacuzzi jetted tub. The second bedroom has 2 double size beds along with a second full size bathroom. Each of the bedrooms have flat screen TV's. The condo has a nice size living room with a queen size sofa sleeper.

The name provided will need to be the name of the person responsible for checking into the condo. The name on the reservation with be the only one allowed to check in with the resort front desk. The remaining guests will be added at check in with the resort front desk. ANY CHANGES TO THE GUEST CONFIRMATION ONCE CONFIRMED REQUIRES A $129 CHANGE FEE.

The person responsible for checking into the condo with the resort front desk is required to be 21 or over with valid ID. The resort front desk requires a refundable $250.00 credit card hold at check in.

The resort is a Club Wyndham Vacation Resort. The resort front desk assigns all resort condos. If you have any requests it is best to call the resort front desk 7 days prior to the check in date. The listing photos are of one of the resort condos. The condos may vary slightly.

Great spot off the strip but not too far off the strip.

Matt and Randall were great! Very responsive and explained the check-in process. Definitely a hard sell by the property to buy a timeshare. The condo was clean and quiet and in a good location. Highly recommend!

Great property

My wife and I had our adult children share this unit with us for a long weekend. We were totally satisfied and would definitely return. It was very clean, well-stocked with essentials, and very roomy. Not only that, it felt like we were at a resort. The property had very nice outdoor pools (with a hot tub) with a poolside bar and DJ at times. There’s a decent fitness room (2, actually). The property even had free mimosas and bloody Mary’s weekend mornings. And the location is great. Less than a mile from the strip, and there’s a free shuttle to and from the strip from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm. The only negative, which our host warned us of, was that they try to pressure you at checkin to waste 90 minutes at a timeshare presentation, in order to get “gifts.” The pitch was very misleading, as they don’t tell you to about the presentation until the very end when they have you sign a commitment to attend the next day and even give a credit card deposit to make sure you go. They can get quite nasty when you finally stand your ground and say no. However, this is only a slight inconvenience, dealing with this, when everything else about the stay was beyond expectations. We were very happy with the unit, property, and hosts.
