Newly built home in a quiet community minutes from Golf courses, shopping centers, and restaurants. ~10 min from DIA, ~20 min from downtown Denver, ~ There are 4 rooms & 3 and half bathrooms. The 4 rooms are: Master/King bed, Bedroom 2 / Queen beds, Bedroom 3 /Queen bed, Bedroom 4 / Queen bed and second living room with office space. There is a washer & dryer, outdoor grill. Up to 2 cars can park in the garage, & street parking is available.

Perfect place away from conference

We had a great stay here. We exhibited at a conference at the Gaylord, but we wanted to stay somewhere else. Very clean and new - quiet and comfortable. The ONLY issue we had was the listing had an address of XXX Avenue but it was on XXX Place not Avenue. Once we messaged the host, it was quickly resolved. Very responsive to our needs. Everything else was perfect - would definitely stay here again. 10 minutes from the Gaylord resort and ~15 min from the airport.
