Make memories with the family in this updated condo overlooking lake. Only one mile to the public beach access across scenic Hwy. 98 by the Back Proch The 2 bedrooms can sleep up to 8 with king beds and pull out twins. 2 full baths one has built in blue tooth in shower to listen to your favourite tunes. No stairs to climb on this ground floor unit.which also means you may or may not hear the upstairs guest walking. Bring your fishing pole to get a catch from the lake! Or feed the ducks and turtles. Three pools (one heated) and tennis courts for hours of fun on the complex. Great location close to the Track, Harbor Walk, Destin Commons, Big Kahuna, restaurants and shopping galore!

Great condo

We had a great time! The condo and property were very clean. The owner is very responsive if you have questions or concerns. Lots to do within a short drive. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Olentangy Folks.

The only reason not an overall excellent is the fact that we could hear every footstep in the unit above us. Also some noise easily heard from outdoors. The footsteps from above made me think someone was in our unit. Other than that, everything else was very good to excellent.

Comfortable, impeccable, perfect value for money.

The title could well be: "it has it all" in truth the place is comfortable, it has everything you need to enjoy a pleasant vacation. Everything in the property is new and in good condition, you don't need to bring anything but your clothes and your desire to enjoy yourself. Sirena (the owner) was on her best behavior, attentive and answering my messages literally at the minute. The apartment is located in a completely central area (everything is close by). Finally, the apartment is small but comfortable, there are no luxuries, but everything you need for your vacation is there, for me you can't get a better place where you get a relation of what you acquire for what you pay (price/value relation).
