The property was well put together. It a great summer home.

The house is perfect! The beds were perfect and so comfortable, I didn't even want to get up in the morning. The only thing that bother me was that there were Little worms throughout the house. All in all , it was a great place to stay in Miami.

Beautiful, well cared for properly

House was as listed with accute pictures. All extras were set up as arranged with the host with good communication. Pool was heated and clean. House was perfect and fully stocked. Would definitely stay here again.

Christmas holidays

We had a wonderful stay. Katie was a great host and very accommodating. Just one thing, there was no propane in BBQ grill, so we couldn’t use it even though we had be ready for BBQ. Based on this property, it’s not host responsibility, everyone should keep the property rules.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and well decorated. The beds were very comfortable with soft sheets! We checked in late at night, so Amanda was kind enough to leave the outside light on and a light inside the house on. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood. The kids enjoyed the room with the bunks! The WiFi worked well. The pool was nice, but a little chilly. It was nice to have three bathrooms. We would definitely stay here again if we came back to Miami! Thanks for the great stay!

Good but not great

The house is good: spacious, clean, kitchen is well equipped.Why it is not great: the backyard is open to a neighbor, giving absolutely no privacy whatsoever. The neighbors are Amazon dealers and are working day and night. They have direct view on the pool and backyard and there's always someone working in the neighbor's backyard. Additionally, the pool coping is cracked in many areas around the swimming pool, making it prone to cuts and hazardous to walk around, particularly for young kids.I contacted the property manager to get a discount because it was not mentioned at the time of booking. They offered no compensation.

Absolutely gorgeous home!

This home was perfect for our family vacation and we just loved it and the memories we made there! We loved the extra amenities for our small children and lounging outside by the pool was the best... It was super clean and came very well equipped! The kitchen was awesome for cooking dinner at night and had everything we needed and more. We also loved how convenient the location is to the beach and other cool places around Miami. We went and visited the nearby Spanish Monastery which was really neat and I would recommend. The hosts were very helpful and available to answer our questions.

Such a great house for families!

Between our 2 families, we had 4 kids under the age of six. This house was perfect for us! Amanda was awesome to work with and made sure everything was ready for our arrival. There were 2 pack-n-plays available, a high chair and even a baby gate around the pool for that added safety. The kids swam all day and it was easy for nap time as well. The area is beautiful with lots of neat places to visit and dine. We visited the Miami Seaquarium one day, which I highly recommend. Overall, I would not hesitate to book at this location again!!!

Kickin of 2021 Right!

My friends and had a great time shrugging off 2021 in the house...yes in the house. We only left to hit the beach and Biscayne for food. Otherwise, the large family area and outdoor area were perfect. It was private and comfortable. We would have loved to use the pool- but it was too chilly. Past renters left nice goodies so we added to it. Location is in a quiet neighborhood close to the beach, shops and food.

Great house for a family with plenty of room.

Pretty clean interior with comfortable sleeping and entertainment area. The exterior was in need of cleaning. Pool and pool area were in need of major cleaning. Lots of construction, large pipes on the street for city drainage causing issues…no fault to owner. I think this is what was causing water pressure problems. This property is very convenient to everything!!

I wouldn't tell nobody to stay here Katie is a bad host

Let me say this the house is in a bad area my hot tub was half clean still had dirt at the bottom hair was in the 2nd shower Katie is a hard person to get in touch with I called her to tell her how the tub was not clean hair was in the shower pool not clean out etc.. no call back I'm looking at talking to a lawyer at this point bad bad area first 48 bad .........don't stay at this house

Overall good stay

The house is large and functional. The pool is great and clean. Entertainment (TV connected) is a big plus, big screens. Kitchen is functional too. Bathrooms are remodeled and nice. However, the house would benefit from a deep cleaning, especially in the kitchen. Wasn’t spotless at all. As for the location, not the nicest neighborhood but grocery stores very close and convenient. House manager is very responsive and we had no problem during our stay. We requested for a late check out and they agreed which was very appreciated. Barbecue needs deep cleaning as well. Overall, we were happy with our stay and the whole family enjoyed it. The state of the house might be disappointing compared to the pictures at first.

Homecoming Fun

There were 7 adults who stayed at the house (4 men and 3 ladies). The men stayed the bunk bed room and the ladies had the other 3 rooms. Everyone mentioned how comfortable the beds were. We slept like babies! There were some drainage problems in one of the bathrooms and we were told someone would come to fix it but they never did. We were able to manage tho so no biggie. There is a Haitian sports bar a short walk (like 2 minutes) from the house that is good for a late night snack. Even with the bar being so close, the neighborhood was quiet. The backyard provided a nice spot to hang out. Overall we enjoyed our stay at the house. It served it's purpose and provided comfort.

comfortable and good location needs exceeded

first of all, let me just preface this review by noting that we had traveled from our home in michigan during the week after xmas/ winter--so its completely possible that our internal bar is already set a bit low, as its currently 25 degrees at home and we just got 5 inches of more snow yesterday. that being said, i can not express enough what a wonderful time we had during our time staying at this home and in this area! the area itself stands on its own. i cant remember having such an amazing sampling of some of the best and most diverse kinds of foods during a one week period of time! the whole area is very friendly and laid back/ much to see and do. with regard to this home, the beds were very very comfortable and we all slept so well during the entire week. the bathrooms and kitchen easy and functionable and clean. the heated pool was a bit cool however it worked well and was very refreshing with our 80 degree week. it is not covered with a screened lanai which means that there are leaves etc that fall into the pool and the surrounding area, but this was of no significant concern and there was a net/ broom available for any needed quick clean up. we used the pool daily and it was wonderful. the back yard around the pool is quite private and full of trees/ bushes which we liked. we did spend new years eve here and while the home owner does caution the renter about the need for quiet in the evening and fussy neighbors who will complain about noise--this did not seem to be the case on this evening, as there were fireworks going off all evening and im sure that if you were not from the flint/ detroit area where such noises are easily mistaken for gunshots they may have been perceived as festive! we would definitely stay here again, and have appreciated this place and home more than we can say.
