The property was as advertised. Very Clean and great amenities. Great location. Far enough out of town but close enough. The only issue I had was the Farm Across the street. The wind blew from that direction and the smell was unbearable. I don't see any way the outside facilities could be used with that Odor. Not the owner's fault but something that should be revealed. The Odor did not make it into the cabin. I enjoyed the stay. It was comfortable, convenient and clean.

Very clean highly recommend if you are looking to get away and relax
This was a great place that I would recommend to anyone considering it. It has everything you need and is clearly kept extremely clean and updated by the owners. The home is located just a couple miles off the Winchester Square and not far from the marina, so the location is also ideal.
The tiny home was lovely. It had everything we needed. Loved how close it was to Tim’s Ford Lake and downtown Winchester. It was perfect for our family of 3. Would definitely stay again if we are in the area.
The place has coffee and was cute! We visited in July and the air was off when we arrived. There is only one unit in the bedroom to cool the entire house so it took many hours to cool off. I wish the manager would have turned it on the day before we arrived. I sent 3 messages asking questions before, and never got a response back. Under the bed was very dusty but everything else was clean. There were lots of spider webs and spiders outside on the porch. Overall is was quiet and a newer tiny house. I just wish the managers responded and prepared better for their guests.
The check-in was fine. It is a cute little house, and it looks like it would be fine. The kitchen was nice, with the exception that the black stove stop was not clean. There was enough residual grease to write your initials. The refrigerator was spacious and had plenty of room for groceries for four people. The disappointment came when I went to bed. My daughter went over to see some of her friends that she had missed over the summer break. I had been asleep for about two hours when a low battery caused the smoke alarm to go off every two or three minutes. It was very annoying and impossible to sleep through. I searched for an emergency phone number and could not find one. My daughter came back, and she wanted to try and sleep through it. She could not. I ultimately got us a room in town as I had an early flight the next morning. I cleaned up from our brief stay. I had hoped to work a refund amicably. I could not find a phone number. I tried to contact the vendor on the information page of the house. When I clicked on it, nothing happened. We have contracted several VRBOs in this area and enjoyed each stay. I am sure this would have been another great experience. There was just no way we could stay with the alarm chirping all night. Please direct me in the process in arranging a refund.
