The home and neighborhood are lovely. We were very comfortable. Only negative issues were check-in and initial state of home. We didn’t get the full access info until our arrival three hours after house should have been available for check-in. Also, the cleaning staff hadn’t been there to get the property ready for our arrival. However, both of these problems were speedily dealt with by the manager. After that, all good!!

3-day Lake Conroe stay

Very poor experience with this property for several reasons:- The host (which is a property management company, not the owner) failed to provide our check-in info to the guard house for the neighborhood creating a 30 minute delay in getting through security to check in- The house is "pet friendly" with stains all over the carpet- The a/c unit is a digital thermostat programmed to "sleep" after 2 hours of run time with a pre-set temp of 75 degrees...so enjoy coming home to a warm house and getting up every 2 hours in the night to adjust the thermostat to a reasonable sleeping temperature- The dryer does not work. It tumbles but with no heat. Guess the heating element is out- The neighborhood is very tight w/ houses built on top of each other with limited yard space...you can sit on the back porch and clearly listen to any outdoor conversations from the closest 4-6 houses...and they can listen to your's- One close neighbor has dogs that really enjoy barking- The last issue is really my fault, but I was extremely disappointed in the lack of effort by the host to resolve. The house is marked on the listing with no boat parking or access to the neighborhood. I missed that when I made reservations. I was in town for a fishing tournament. The host made no effort to ask the HOA for an exception (I had friends in the same situation that were granted exceptions). Nor did the host offer any suggestions other than to contact a local marina. I ended up finding off-site storage.

Very Nice Home in Private Secure Community

The house was just as described with the addition of a garage so you can park securely though its not advertised, it was was available and greatly appreciated. The home was perfect for my wife and I. The owner has paid a lot of attention to details that made our stay better than expected. I would recommend this home for anyone wanting to stay in the area.

House was nice and in a quiet area. Gated community. We had to call frequently because security kept saying our name was not on the list. Property manager responded quickly each time.

When we arrived the house had not been cleaned. Our host let us know immediately and had someone out to clean about an hour later. We really enjoyed our stay. Our host answered promptly, would definitely come back here again.

Perfect Lake Trip

My husband and I traveled with our 2 children from Louisiana to Conroe to visit our family. The house is at a great location for us as my family lives on the north side of Conroe and his family lives in Spring. So about halfway for both. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. The house had everything we needed and was very quaint and tidy. We had to contact Joshua a few times and he answered every time and was super helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

A great place!

We really enjoyed our stay. Nicely decorated, clean, convenient and a safe location. We enjoyed playing games at the kitchen table, watching big screen TVs, and walking in the neighborhood.Beds were very comfortable. Joshua was very helpful and accommodating with check-in and out. Double garage with opener was handy. Will stay there again if available!

Home away from home.

Beautiful home perfect location. Loved the quiet cu de sac the house was on. Loved that the lake was so close and close to food and shops. I was impressed with the security of the neighborhood and would stay there again. We loved this house. One suggestion, please turn on the televisions and make sure nothing inappropriate was left be a previous renter. The television in the guest room was selected on porn hub. Not judging but if my granddaughter had been with me that would have been a shock for her. Also found a condom wrapper under the bed in the master bedroom.

Almost perfect

Thermostat was cumbersome to operate instructions were not explicit. Stains look like dog stains are a turnoff - should rip it up and put tile down. Otherwise good stay
