The unit was very clean actually it was excellent in the cleaning department. It is pet friendly, but there is very little area to walk your dog unless you have a very small dog. The AC unit Is very loud. It did work but every time it kicked in it would wake me and my dog up. Also, you could not hear the TV once the Unit kicked in. If you are a heavy sleeper, you probably won’t notice.
