Close proximity to popular fine dining places along the beach areas, great shopping, minimal traffic, and 30 minutes away from the fabulous Wine Country (Valle De Guadalupe). Mostly retired Americans live in this peaceful, gated community. Take your pet on a morning and evening walk within the community and meet lots of locals doing the same!

Beautiful home with amazing view!

We had such a great time staying here. Armando was very responsive and answered all of the questions I had. Check-in was super easy, even arriving at night. The house was very clean and well stocked. I couldn’t get over the view! Sunrises and sunsets were incredible. We will definitely be staying here again.

Comfort, security, and great views

This well-built home located on a hilltop at the end of a cul de sac in a gated community has wonderful unobstructed views of the river valley, lagoon, and homes in the Playa la Mision area. It is nicely decorated and comfortably furnished and has a great kitchen, which we used for most of our meals. It has two porches, which have comfortable seating and are exposed to the afternoon sea breezes which kept temperatures comfortable. The plumbing and electrical worked well and having access to the garage was a big bonus in terms of security and convenience. The owner and his local representatives were very easy to communicate with Nice restaurants are nearby (driving distance) and the Guadalupe Valley wine country is about a half hour away. I would happily stay there again.
