Clean, within walking distance of restaurants. No frying pan in the unit. We were going to cook breakfast, but there was no pan to do so. Very nice wrap around balcony

Good Property, be mindful of resort fees and parking cost

Good condo hotel for travelling to Miami if you wish to enjoy the Bayfront Park and Brickell area. One thing to note with this resort is there is a daily resort fee which is not advertised and included in the Vrbo listing. Additionally, if you are arriving by car, the only available parking at the hotel itself is an overpriced valet option charged daily and collected up front. There are alternative affordable parking options nearby. Note though the parking situation in the Miami area is not in/out parking, so it resets each time you leave and re-enter.The condo is nice, but for a 2 bedroom with 5 of us, only having 1 bathroom made for slight inconvenience. The balcony is a wrap-around which was very nice. The condo unit has a washer/dryer, nice kitchen setup and a small living room. I did find the wifi connection to the tv's problematic as the connection often time froze and went out. Beds were very comfortable and the condition overall of the condo was clean and orderly. Pool area was nice, with a good overlook of the cruise ports. Like that they offer not only pool towels but the chair towel covers, especially for those hot days. Lobby area is decent but quickly becomes cramped with people traffic as the area is narrow. Overall however not bad.I would certainly stay here again but would like to see Gale work on improving the Wifi connectivity and open up the parking situation to not just be valet.

Very nice staff. Luggage hold was easy, check-in was smooth, and housekeeping was fast. The balcony was beautiful, but lots of construction around the building disrupted the views. The pool and fitness center were beautiful.
