Bayside at Bethany Lakes vacation rentals

My family and I had an amazing stay! The house was perfect—well-equipped with all the conveniences and amenities we needed. The host was incredibly helpful and always quick to respond to any questions. We truly didn’t want to leave and would love to come back!

The house is amazing and we really enjoyed the neighborhood with all the friendly neighbors. The home is very well stocked with everything you could need, a nice screened in porch, and very spacious bedrooms. We wanted a place that had things to do other than go to the beach. This place has an indoor and outdoor pool, tennis/ pickleball court, and a place to fish/ crab! The host is extremely responsive and she is very helpful too when our fobs didn’t work the first day! Don’t hesitate to book this place for your stay. It’s an easy 6/7 min drive to Bethany beach/ boardwalk.

Family vacation, four generations from ages 9 - 84. We had the best time. We had more than enough space. We had most meals in and the kitchen was equipped to meet our needs. The location was wonderful!! Very quiet, right along the bay, very short walk to the pool, and a short drive to the beach. The property owner, Shawn, was awesome. He was in contact from the time we booked the vacation to when we left. Always available for any questions. We have been renting vacation homes in Ocean View for many years. This is our favorite & we would definitely stay here again. Thank you Shawn from the whole family for such a wonderful experience!!

Loved staying here. Came with three adults, two teens, and a kid and fit just about right. Just a quick 10-15 minute drive to Fenwick island state park to go to the beach. Enjoyed the clubhouse…fitness center, pool, tennis courts and the dock on the bay at night. It’s a little off the main drag so makes it a nice quiet spot and easy to get in and out of town. Used the beach cruiser for a quick ride down to the store etc. Of note you do have to bring linens and towels and pay a fee to use the clubhouse, just fine print I missed during booking.

The pictures do not at all do justice to this property. It is beautiful and professionally decorated. It’s a large and comfortable 4 bedroom. It’s well kept. It’s in a lovely condo community. They have a lovely clubhouse with tennis courts, two pools and some game rooms etc. At sundown or at night the bugs do come out. We were able to rent bikes. There are some bikes paths in the area but with younger kids you may not be as comfortable using some of them as they are on main roads. But, some are not and one can also drive bikes to very nearby paths in nature preserves. We went to the beach two blocks north of Bethany beach boardwalk. There was a lifeguard and it was a perfect beach. It was a few minutes drive from the house and we found paid street parking. Overall we very much enjoyed staying in the luxurious house.
