Perfect home for large family gatherings with a spacious kitchen for family meals. Located within an amenity filled community "The Hideout" that provides so much to do!

While at the house, relax in the hot tub, watch a movie in the theatre room, or spend time in the bonus room with video games, pin ball and board games. Enjoy a cup of coffee or read on the comfortable swing out front. House also has internet, and direct TV.

Community amenities, for a small additional fee includes; indoor tennis, pickleball, basketball, golf simulator, small arcade, gym and sauna or spend the afternoon enjoying the golf course! The home also comes with amenity badges that provides free access in the Summer to the main lodge where you can enjoy the outdoor heated pool, kiddie splash pad and beach. Grab a bite to eat at the seasonal snack shack or sit at the Tiki Bar overlooking the beach and pool area! Within the community you can also enjoy the "Clubhouse" for a sit-down dinner on the dining side, or enjoy the pub style tables or sit at the bar! Seasonal ski hill also in community when weather permits. Lakes are drawn down from October - May.

Right outside of the community you have two restaurants that provide family style atmosphere and live music on the weekends! A quick drive gets you to local wineries, shops, axe throwing, shopping and so much more!

All guests must register with the community at least 3 days prior to arrival, rental manager will provide registration form to primary renter. All drivers must provide valid vehicle registration and driver's license for entry into community. Free beach and pool passes included with this rental. All guests must remove all garbage from property by bringing garbage to central location within the community set for trash / recycling. The property is equipped with a security camera facing the driveway only with no view of the interior. Community may close and/all amenities at their discretion. This is not within control of the homeowner. Homeowner will not offer refunds or discounts for any non-use of any community amenity due to closure or weather, this includes lake usage.
