This gorgeous home has Panoramic Water Front Views on 3 sides with glass fronts and decks on ALL 3 Levels making the waterfront experience the highlight of your vacation!! This 7 bedroom, 4 bathroom home fits 14 comfortably with plenty of space to gather together or spread out.

Enter the home on the Main Level, and walk into luxury where you have everything you need to truly enjoy a relaxing getaway with your family/friends. It is the best of the best!! Tons of things to do with access to all of the community amenities, the main beach/pool/tiki bar literally steps from the home! Cook breakfast, lunch & dinner in the professional kitchen that has every tool you need to prepare a meal. Dine inside or out on the expansive deck overlooking the lake and beautifully landscaped back yard, including a pond, water feature (not running in fall/winter), and firepit. The massive 100 foot dock with stairs into the water allows for many hours of lakefront enjoyment.

On the Main Level, there is a king master suite, a queen bedroom, an expansive great room (living room 2 in the photos) with sitting area, kitchen, 2 dining areas, and a living room (living room 1 in the photos).
PLEASE NOTE:
*For safety purposes, the griddle on the kitchen range is not operational. Several skillets are available or enjoy the outdoor Blackstone griddle.*
**The only bathroom on this level is the bathroom attached to the king master suite. Guests staying in the queen bedroom on this level share the bath with the king master suite, or can use the shared bathroom on the lower level.**

On the lake front Second Floor, there is a living area with a couch, desk, and lounge chair (living room 3 in the photos); a king master suite with a full bath; and a bedroom with a twin over twin bunk. Relax on the couch overlooking the lake with a book or a cocktail, or work from "home" at your private desk overlooking the lake.

*The only bathroom on this level is the bathroom attached to the king master suite. Guests staying in the the bunk room on this level share the bath with the king master suite.*
**The tub/shower in this bathroom is very deep. To access the tub/shower, you will need to use the stool shown in the Bedroom 3 bathroom photo.**

The Private Upper Level Suite has a private outside entrance in addition to access via the spiral staircase in the great room. It has a king bedroom and bath. It also has a private kitchen area with refrigerator, cabinets, and a kitchen sink. The stove and dishwasher are not hooked up, and therefore not operational.

On the lower level, there are 2 bedrooms, a full bath, a dry bar with an ice maker and small beverage refrigerator, and an area with an air hockey table and access to the lower level deck and lake. One of the bedrooms has a queen bed and a twin bed. The other bedroom has a full bed and a twin over full bunk. Both bedrooms share the hall bath on this level, which is located across the hall from the bunk bedroom.

Use one of four kayaks or paddle board to cruise the lake right from the backyard, and come back and lounge on the dock, or walk over and have a swim at the main beach or pool. Enjoy cocktails and snacks at the Tiki Bar and stroll back to the property to finish your night by the firepit. This house has it all!!

During your stay, be sure to keep an eye out for the lake’s resident Bald Eagles.

*Please Note* There are 4 steps on your way to the front door from the driveway. Once in the front door, you have access to the king master suite, kitchen, dining areas, living areas, and lake front deck without having to use any stairs. There are a significant number of steps to access the lake front dock. You can view the steps to the lake front dock in one the photos taken from the decks.

**Please Note** There are 5 fireplaces in this home. The propane fireplace in the Private Upper Level suite, the propane fireplace in the Great Room on the the Main Level, and the wood burning fireplace in the living room on the Main Level are all operational. The two other fireplaces are decorative only.

***Please Note*** This home is located in a secured, gated, private community. Upon confirmation of your stay, we will email you a guest information packet, which needs to be completed and returned within 48 hours. This packet will include community and house rules. You will be asked to agree to the community and house rules, and will be asked to provide information to be supplied to the front gate (including names, ages & addresses of ALL guests and some additional details). This packet will need to be completed within 48 hours of booking in order to keep your reservation. Any violations to the community or house rules will be subject to citations from the community and possible eviction from our property.

You may not exceed the maximum number of people allowed by the community, and the community does not allow more than 5 cars in our driveway. No other guests can visit the lot during your stay. Items provided in the home to include games, appliances etc. are subject to change without notice.

The fines for being in violation are steep and compromises our standing in the community and ability to rent again in the future.

**Swimming Pools** Pools are open during the summer season only, from Memorial day through Labor day.

**Skiing/Snow Tubing** Skiing is available within the community, weather and snow availability permitting.
