POOL|SPA:
Relax and unwind in our pool and spa oasis. Pool access is available for a daily fee, with the option to heat the pool to a cozy 82 degrees. Need to soothe your muscles? Our spa can be heated to a toasty 96 degrees upon request. Just give us a heads-up at least 24 hours in advance, and we'll have it ready for your arrival. Please note that pool heating is typically recommended from mid-September to mid-June, but it's available year-round for your comfort.
Payment can be made via Airbnb.
- Pool & Spa heating is $90/day (heated once to hit the temperature target)
- Spa heating is $30/day (4 hrs per day limit for heating). If needed more than 4 hrs, the charges will be added accordingly.

PARKING:
Parking is a breeze with our three-car garage and three designated driveway spots, accommodating up to six vehicles. If you need additional parking, just let us know in advance. Remember, street parking isn't allowed within our community, so we'll help you arrange alternative parking if necessary.

EV CHARGING:
If used $10 convenience fee/per day.
$.40/kWH energy usage charge

EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS:
We understand that sometimes you need a little flexibility with your check-in and check-out times. Subject to availability, we're happy to accommodate early check-ins and late check-outs for a small fee. Just reach out to us, and we'll do our best to make it happen.
Early Check-in Charges:
- $125 (up to 4 hrs before regular check-in time) or
- $200 (up to 8 hrs before regular check-in time)
Late Check-out Charges:
- $75 (up to 2 hrs after regular check-out time) or
- $150 (up to 4 hrs after regular check-out time)
Please note that the above charges may change based on seasonality. Please check with the host for availability and the charges.

CHECKOUT DUTIES:
As you prepare to depart, we kindly ask that you start a load of pool towels in the washing machine, dispose of your trash in the outdoor bins, and run the dishwasher. Your cooperation helps us ensure a seamless transition for our next guests. Thank you for your help!

We maintain a drug-free environment and strictly enforce a zero-tolerance policy.
Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside our homes.
To accommodate all guests, we do not allow pets due to potential allergies.
Respect quiet hours from 10 pm to 10 am for a peaceful atmosphere.
Please refrain from using water balloons in the backyard to avoid fines.
