Located just steps away from the beach and surrounded by numerous restaurants, cafes, and shops, you'll have everything you need for an unforgettable vacation.

Prime Location: Situated in the heart of Puerto Vallarta, you're just a short 3 min.stroll away from the sandy beach.
Walking Distance to Restaurants: Indulge in delicious local cuisine with an array of restaurants and eateries right at your doorstep.
Family-Friendly Accommodation: The condo features a spacious bedroom with a comfortable Kingsize bed, a well-appointed full bathroom, and a cozy living area with a sleeper sofa, accommodating up to two adults and two children comfortably, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploration.
Fully Equipped Kitchen: Whip up your favorite meals with ease in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances and cookware.

The Condo is located about 3 minutes walk from the beach.
Private and gated small community. Heated outdoor pool Very bright spacious, huge balcony front and back, A/C and office space. Full kitchen. Few minute walk to grocery shopping. 10-20 mins walk to Walmart.
This place is very quite and relaxing. Easy access for a taxi right outside the door. Many great restaurants about 10 mins walk.
Condo is ideal for 2 guests, and 2 children. Additional guest can be added for a fee.
No pets or smoking allowed.
We encourage turning off the A/C when not in the rooms.
Laundry for personal clothing is the sole responsibility of the renter and not the cleaning staff.
