Zen Nest in the Heart of Puerto Vallarta

Beautiful, modern, Zen decorated apartment nestled in an exotic tropical garden. just a few minutes walk from the beach, shopping malls, best restaurants, coffee shops, spas, casino, and the Port.
Zen inspired decorated with simple and tasteful furniture and light colors. The open concept kitchen has all the cooking essentials and whatever is in the pantry you are welcome to use. The living room/dinning area is an open space with vaulted ceiling making it more spacious and full of natural light. A balcony with a small table and chairs is perfect for a morning coffee or an evening cocktail.
There is one large bathroom with walk in shower and necessary amenities including towels and shampoo/conditioner/soap, etc. 
There are two large bedrooms, each furnished with a king/California King size beds. Both bedrooms have a small balcony as well. Both bedrooms have a TV with cable.
The condominium's entrance is guarded 24 hours and monitored with cameras and personnel for security. There two pools nestled in the middle of the luscious tropical gardens.

Very nice place. Very relaxing, central location, with beautiful foliage all around and nice decor. Very clean and comfortable. The only downside was that only the bedrooms have AC, and the living area gets a bit warm as the patio/glass doors are west facing. We really enjoyed our stay and would return!

Andrea… the host with the most! Wonderful communication! Excellent actually! The suite was exactly as advertised. Better yet, there were spices, salt and pepper, sugar and more already in the suite! I’ve stayed at a few Marbella units and this by far was the best one! The beds… so comfortable… which trust me… is such a bonus! We will be back Andrea! Thank you again for having us!

In 2014 I moved to Mexico for a year to work on a research for my PhD. There I found inspiration, creativity, and felt in love with Puerto Vallarta and a "Vallartence" who is now my hubby. We moved back to the US but counts the days to move back to our paradise. We bough this beautiful condo as our early retirement present to us.
I am a free spirit, vegetarian, yoga/meditation lover and very in-tune and respectful of other humans and all creatures. I am also a doctor in Mind Body Medicine and my hubby a massage therapist; we make a great couple!
Our style of traveling is driving or walking the roads that are not very popular; the hard ones, the longest, the one with little towns and villages. We believe that at the core of our humanity, we are all family and we should take care of each other.
Home is where your heart is content.

Why they chose this property

We love the tropical gardens surrounding the condos. Although it is in the middle of everything, because of the gardens and beautiful large trees, it is incredibly quiet. The first time we saw Marbella we felt in love with it and waited four years to be able to buy our home here.

What makes this property unique

I heard so much about location, location, location and this home has it all. Most importantly, this is not a vacation home; it will be soon our permanent home. This home has everything you need; it was purchased, decorated and furnished with lots of love.
