We are happy to welcome guests to our newly updated condo. The kitchen has been opened up with a great view of the Gulf of Mexico from our top-floor unit and is equipped with all stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Enjoy the coffee bar that boasts a Keurig single-serve coffee maker, coffee mugs, and extra wine glasses. A standard coffee maker is also available. The kitchen is well-stocked with all the pots, pans, and utensils you could hope for. There are also two blenders and a crockpot available for use.


The dining room table seats six, and there are two barstools at the kitchen counter.

The living room has a large couch with a comfortable foam queen sleeper, as well as two recliners. There are paperback books, puzzles, games, and decks of cards in the unit for your enjoyment.


Master bedroom suite with a king bed, two nightstands, a dresser, and a walk-in closet. There is direct access to the spacious balcony from the master suite. The newly renovated master bath boasts a granite countertop and a large walk-in shower.


Second bedroom suite with a queen bed and a large dresser. Guest bathroom with a granite countertop and newly tiled shower.


Both the bedroom TVs and the living room TV have Spectrum cable as well as a Roku setup. There are USB chargers available on all nightstands.


The patio has a table with 4 chairs, two reclining lounge chairs, as well as two taller chairs with a tall table for ocean viewing. The oversized patio provides magnificent sunset views over the Corpus Christi Bay, as well as gulf views.
