2-bedrm lower level pvt apt w/full kitchen & only 12 mi / 21 km from KC Stadium

This is a fully furnished two-bedroom lower level apartment with its own entrance located 12 miles from the KC Stadium, if you are planning attending any of the World Cup games and only 7 miles from the Fan Fest on the lawn of the World War I Memorial. There is a tub/shower in the bathroom. The kitchen has an apartment size four burner stove/oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave and basic kitchen utensils. There is a sauna and laundry also on-site with a shared BBQ grill and outdoor firepit. The entrance is on the back side of the house located on a quiet dead end street that backs into one of the city's park that has tennis, pickleball, basketball, and baseball diamond. The second bedroom is small but has a double bed. All of this is only 12 miles from Kansas City Stadium (where all of the World Cup matches will be played) and 7 miles from downtown and the World War I museum, where Fan Fest / Watch Parties will be based. All of this only two blocks from a bus line or there is plenty of street parking in front of the house.

Please do not be alarmed that I do not have any reviews; I am new to Vrbo. You are welcome to search on other hosting sites like ABnB to read my reviews and please do not hesitate to ask me any questions as I have been hosting for several years on several different platforms. I realize Short Term Rentals (STR) are in high demand due to the World Cup so if you see a date that you are interested in, but the minimum stay will not allow you to book, please reach out.

It is a quiet neighborhood and friendly tree lined dead end street with little traffic, where all of the neighbors know each other. It is also nice having the city park at the end of the street so you meet a lot of the neighbors walking to/from the park.
