The property was perfect for our stay. Everything was clean and ready to use. Bathroom is a little small, but manageable for just a few people. Location is great and easy to get anywhere in the city from here. Getting in and out of the driveway was no problem. Kitchen was well appointed and all the amenities you could need. AC worked great, which was nice during our stay, which was a LOT of heat and humidity outside. On the back deck, the yard across from it had so many fireflies, so I loved going out there in the evenings and watching them!

I would highly recommend staying here to a couple attending concerts/events at the Starlight Amphitheater. The house was very clean, furnished with comfortable beds/cozy bedding, and living room seating. Not the best neighborhood. We never felt unsafe, but I wouldn’t feel comfortable walking around the area after dark. Overall, great little house that is definitely worth the price!

Was extremely small, water was initially brown, air conditioning was sporadic, dryer vent is not connected to the outside. Blows hot air into house. King bed is in a dining room, no doors for privacy. Not suitable for family with child. No cleaning supplies available.

Everything was as expected. Even allowed for an early check in due to attending the afternoon Royals game. Very easy to get back and forth from the stadiums. Great location. Would def use again for anything going on at either of the stadiums.

This charming two-bedroom home was perfect for my family's stay in Kansas City! The residence was located only 15-20 minutes from every attraction we attended and had so much charm that it truly was a home away from home. I will 100% be returning in the future!

My husband and I stayed with our son. The furniture is comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need. Proximity to attractions was great. One bed being in the dining room (without any doors or closets) is a bit awkward. Cars drove by VERY quickly.

We stayed here during our KC trip for the Big 12 basketball tournament. Overall it was a good experience. The property was as advertised and had the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. All appliances and home systems worked great. If you have more than 2 people, it is noteworthy that one of the bedrooms is basically the dining room. Also the neighborhood is a little rough which may be hard to know before booking if it is your first time in KC, but we had no issues or negative experiences directly related to that.
