Nice resort!

We were in town for a celebration of life, so location was very important. The resort has a lot to do for families and is just across the highway from a beautiful state park beach. This 2-bedroom unit was perfect for a short visit. Fully stocked with amenities to make it an easy stay.

This was perfectly located between everything in Destin. The hot tub and heated pool were perfect for a weekend get away. The amenities are The Palms are excellent. And the condo was clean and had everyone needed for the weekend. We will book this condo again!

Great space for us. The walk to the beach was manageable with 3 under 7 but we enjoyed the short 2 minute drive to Henderson state park better. It gave us much more beach space. The condo was great. No complaints!

Perfect for a family

We LOVED our stay in Destin. The location is close to everything and the amenities were awesome. The kids loved the heated pool and I loved the stocked kitchen. The on site manager was helpful in getting us in to our room ASAP, before the expected check in time. We will have to be back!!

We came to Destin for a baseball tournament and stayed at the Palms conveniently located near the baseball park. The condo was as described and Rita the property manager was very accommodating and easy to reach. She checked on us several times throughout our stay to make sure we were having a nice trip. Very pleased with the experience. Can’t wait to come back.

Family vacation with kiddo’s friends

We love the beach! Our kids are older, 16 and 19, so we let each bring a friend to keep them happy and occupied. This condo comfortably fit all six of us without feeling overcrowded. It was right across the street from a public Destin beach, and a short drive to a less crowded Okalooska beach. The location and price were perfect! Thank you so much!

Great family friendly condo

We loved our stay at this condo. It was clean and very conventiently located. My husband and I plan to bring our family back this summer. The pool was huge and the fitness center offered far more than we expected. The condo is also centrally located in the Destin strip - 15 mins to Miramar and the outlets and 15 mins from the bridge. I would highly recommend!

Clean - great family location. Felt at home .

There was great communication from the manager and host. They were very helpful with the check in process. This was our first time in Destin and it won’t be our last. We had a great vacation. The condo was very clean and the manager Rita was extremely friendly. Our family likes to cook on vacations and we really appreciated the variety of high quality cookware and great selection of spices. The resort has an amazing pool that is huge and never felt too crowded during our visit. As an additional amenity the resort offers a shuttle service that came in very handy. We really enjoyed the Henderson state park. It was very family friendly area and offered clean restrooms and spacious beach areas. I Highly recommend this location. It has great management and lots of family friendly activities to enjoy.

Perfect Spot For A Family

The space in the unit was great with plenty of sleeping options for our family. The pool was perfect for our kids - we have 4 kids ages 2-5. A short 10 min walk to the pristine beach was a huge added bonus. Rita, the property manager, was accommodating and easy to get ahold of. The unit had adequate kitchen amenities to cook just about any meal which was great for avoiding eating out every single meal. We had a great time in Destin largely in part of our experience in this rental. Thank you, Tim and Rita for being so accommodating!

Looks bigger in pictures than in person

The property is clean and well maintained. However, the condo is smaller in person. The second bed room is very small with barely space to walk on both side. The building overall is nice with multiple swimming pools. Note, 3rd bed is a sofa bed and didn’t have any sheets or blanket available. We did call Rita the next day for it and it was resolved. Overall, nice place for a couple with young children. Small for 2 couples even though it has 3 beds

Excellent value and location

Very clean and well thought out. Very friendly contact with property manager. Its my first time using vrbo and i appreciated their patience with me. Good bit of learned advice, call ahead before your arrival, its important to stay in contact with you host's manager... who was an absolute angel. I absolutely will love to stay again, the pools were great, and the bistro was on point, even had stuff for my 5 year old to do... who wanted to "live the forever" My one and only tiny complaint and it was just a very minor one was one of the bedrooms was smaller than expected, but i much rather have it than not having it. The kicthen had plenty of plates, pots, utensils, appliances, and much more. The bathrooms was roomy and very accommodating. And the balcony was a great place to lounge and watch the sunrise over Destin.

Enjoyed Our Stay

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Destin was a beautiful beach!! The room was very pretty and we had plenty of space for our family. Probably won't book again though. The master bedroom was very hot and uncomfortable to sleep in. The air conditioning does not work well in that room. Also, the entire condo only had 2 rolls of toilet paper for the whole weekend for 4 people. Lastly, the check-in process was extremely confusing. Having to communicate by text with two DIFFERENT people was crazy. And being given two completely different check-in directions was frustrating as well; one saying go to the front desk, one saying don't go to the front desk.

The condos location was great; however, the amenities of the condo were horrible. The master bed was extremely hard and the pillows were very flat. The master bedroom AC does not seem to work and the fan chain is pulled out, so it does not help cool the room. The condo is advertised as having 6 guest but there were only 4 forks and spoons. There was chewed gum on the floor by the patio door that my one year old got into. There were ants all over the floor and the cleaning crew showed up a day early. We booked this condo in April 2024. We were contacted a few weeks later stating the Condo had been sold and we needed to cancel our booking and rebook due to the condo switching owners. I asked if the old price would be honored and they said yes. We were told to book at the new price and then upon check-in we would be refunded the difference. We waited three days after we checked in before asking about the refund (refund totaling $313). We were put in contact with the owner Praveen who then gave us the run around for two more days. On our last day he finally told us that we would not get our refund due to business is slow. After more communication, he decided to refund us $100. We contacted Rita, who is onsite, for help. She was able to get us an additional $75 but out of her pocket. Praveen, the owner, did not honor the agreement (written in emails) and because of that we were stuck with the difference. I would not recommend this condo!
