COMPLETELY RENOVATED

This property has been completely renovated to include: new floor tile throughout installed by Ehlen Floor Covering, all wood white shaker kitchen cabinets, quartz counter tops, new kitchen lighting, new kitchen appliances, new bathroom cabinets, quartz counter tops, sinks, toilets, new tile showers with glass doors, recessed lighting in the kitchen, new hot water heater, new interior doors, new memory foam mattresses and Hunter ceiling fans.

Relax and enjoy the fabulous view from the fourth floor balcony, cool off in the heated pool, walk across the street to the south end beach or down the street to the movie theater, restaurants, bookstore and beach shops. The nightly sunsets are phenomenal. Our condo is situated perfectly to enjoy Marco Island to the fullest!

The beach offers unending sunshine, warm Gulf of Mexico waters, shelling, jet skiing, para sailing and of course the fabulous nightly sunsets.

This smoke-free condo is equipped with central air conditioning, a full kitchen, laundry, WI-FI BROADBAND INTERNET, cable TV and a stereo CD player. The living room which comfortably seats 5 has a 42' flat screen television, a Blu-ray DVD player and a VCR. The master bedroom has a King sized bed, full bath, walk in closet, 20' TV and a DVD player. The spacious guest room has one Queen bed, one Twin bed and a full size closet. A second bathroom is across from the guest room. Each bathroom has a hairdryer. A full size washer and dryer are in the unit so you do not have to walk to a laundry room or go to a laundromat.

We are 20 minutes south of Naples, 50 minutes south of Fort Myers and 120 minutes west of Fort Lauderdale.

Sorry, no pets are allowed.

Motor homes, motorcycles, motor scooters, mopeds, boats, wave runners, jet skis and trailers are not permitted on the condominium property.

Note: We provide a full roll of paper towels in the kitchen and full rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom to get you started. It is suggested that you bring your own paper products, as you will run out. There is also a Dollar Tree & Dollar General on the Island for paper products, laundry detergent, etc. We have tried to stock the toilet paper and paper towels, but a month's supply seems to disappear in a couple of days. So, we can't keep doing that...

Great location!

This condo has a great location and view of the gulf, including great views of the sunsets. It is beautifully decorated and has all the amenities necessary for a comfortable and fun stay on Marco Island. It is near the south end of the island, a short walk to the beach access path. Easy to get wherever you want to go. We loved staying here and plan to return.

Very clean and tastefully decorated. Lovely location w short walk access to the beach and Sunset Grill. Fun to see the gulf from the unit. My wife and sister-in-law loved that this unit was so well supplied for kitchen and bath. Lots of beach items provided as well.

Had a great week on Marco, pretty views from porch with the changing light after sunset. Very well done renovation of both baths, kitchen ans flooring, huge closet in master bath,but master bedroom is cramped with a lot of furniture and mattress/bedding could use an upgrade. Would definitely come back.

Perfect location and amenities

This is the perfect place to stay on Marco Island! The condo is located in a quiet area but is a short two block walk to the beach access. The heated pool was warm even in December. Todd and Karen made sure the property was extremely clean and it is more than properly outfitted with beach chairs, towels, extra blankets and a fully equipped kitchen. It easily accommodates guests with two large bedrooms and plenty of storage and hangers. The parking spot is covered and very convenient to the unit. Look no further and consider yourself lucky to book a stay here!

This property was excellent! It’s only about a 5-10 minute walk to the public beach. Very clean, and great hosts. It also had all of the necessary beach gear (chairs, towels, umbrella, etc). This place was great for our family.

Owner was very nice and receptive to our needs. The condo was a little close for 4 adults. Though newly remodeled, the pillows needed replacing. The pool was awesome, warm and clean. Most people there were seniors who return every year at the same time, so there was a friendly and inviting vibe. It was nice to get suggestions for restaurants and attractions in the area from them.

The condo is just beautiful and was spotless! It is well equipped if you want to make meals there and had everything you need including adequate supply of towels, etc. The location is great - there are several restaurants nearby that you can walk to easily. Property owners always responded to any extra questions very promptly. View from the lanai is gorgeous! I would definitely stay here again....and again....

This was an amazing place to stay while in Marco Island! The location was perfect! The condo was beautiful and exceptionally clean. Everything was provided including all of the beach equipment that you could think of. The owners were amazing!! Wonderful communication throughout the process. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is the best condo location on Marco. We have stayed in South Seas (north side of island), Seawinds (on south beach), and in a private home and this condo is our favorite. Comfortable beds, updated furnishings, and a large patio with a view of the beach. Also one of the first condo living rooms our whole family of 5 could actually sit in at the same time and be comfortable. Quiet building, great pool area. Large master closet was a plus!

From the beginning where we viewed this property online to our day of checking out, the owners were incredibly considerate of our visit. They checked in to see if we needed anything and how our visit was going as well as that they were going to be staying there the week we vacated and was there anything we thought needed their attention. Great Location!

We had a great vacation at this property! The owners were very helpful. They sent us some of their favorite places to try along with fun things to see in the area. They provided beach chairs, umbrella, coolers, beach toys, etc along with a cart to use to take everything to the beach. There is a nice storage area by where you park your car to store it so you don't have to take everything up into the condo. The condo is in a perfect location. It's about a 5 minute walk to the South Beach public access (by the Sunset Grill restaurant). We would definitely look this up again if we ever go back to Marco. Thanks for a great vacation!

We have been vacationing on Marco Island since 1989. We have stayed in hotels, condos and houses all over the island. We found the south end has the best beach and the most activities within walking distance and the Essex is the premier condo complex across from the beach.
