Small Dog Friendly!

Well behaved, potty trained dogs with nicely clipped nails (to avoid floor damage) are accepted. Cats and other animals are not allowed. Guests must disclose in advance they are bringing a dog. A $50 per night non refundable pet fee applies. Maximum total weight of dogs 30 pounds or less. 2 dogs max.

Rental Agreement: All reservations are required to have a signed rental agreement on file with Vail Butler in order to be considered confirmed. Rental agreements will be reviewed and signed digitally. Depending upon the booking channel on which you reserved, this agreement is likely to be shared in a follow up email. Check In Instructions: Check in instructions and/or a home guide will be sent to guests via a text message link 72 and 24 hours prior to arrival. Guests must ensure a valid cell phone number is on file. Otherwise, check in instructions will not be received.

Nonrefundable Fees Please note the booking fee and credit card processing fee are non refundable and are due at the time of booking.

Ski access and trail conditions are subject to natural snowfall, grooming, and resort operations, which are outside the control of Vail Butler. Travel delays, weather conditions, and resort access limitations do not qualify for refunds, and guests are encouraged to consider travel insurance.
