This was such an awesome place! The hosts left so many conveniences for us! Everything was very comfortable. It was also nice to be able to walk to Oaklawn and some restaurants. Definitely would stay here again!

Having stayed in many vrbo properties, I was completely amazed at all the details that they left so many wonderful things such as the variety of coffee the s’mores the waffle mix all the toiletries and the most well stocked kitchen I’ve ever seen. Everything was so comfortable and amazingly accommodating, we were here for our son’s wedding, and this property did not disappoint. We also loved the photo of Anthony Chapel, which is where my son and daughter-in-law got married. The proximity to everything was fantastic.The only minor thing that I would ask them to add would be full length mirrors in the bedrooms aside from that I can’t think of one thing that was missed our first trip to Arkansas was wonderful thank you so much. I highly recommend the property.

So impressed with the interior of the property, the kitchen was stocked with every utensil or gadget we could think of down to spices. Layout was wonderful. The thoughtfulness to provide portable fans in each bedroom was greatly appreciated. Very clean and spacious property. Easy checkin. Beautiful and comfortable furniture. I will stay again and recommend to others.

Ladies Weekend Hot Spring

Location was as advertised. Good location. Neighborhood was satisfactory. House was well kept on the outside. Fantastically stocked and appointed on the inside. We were pleasantly surprised at how well the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for group meals. Great cooking utensil and a fully stocked spice cabinet!Excellent bedding, towels and supplies. Host had thoughtfully provided everything we might need including spa towels, hygiene kits, shampoo etc. This was a perfect home for a party of 6 women to reconnect. Thank you Melissa and Vrbo for a wonderful experience

What a fun family weekend at the races! We come to HS every year for the races and this house was perfect for our group of 10. Very nice backyard/outdoor space, decor was on point with the racing / Hot Springs theme and they even provide waffle mix, pizza dough mix and coffee! Easy walk to the track and the restaurants/bars nearby. We will look to book again next March!

What makes this property unique

This property offers 2 living areas giving families more space to gather and be together. The back deck can be enjoyed almost year round as well. The deck overlooks the big back yard which features a fire pit and string lights. The trees provide a canopy in the Spring and Summer and it is really nice!
