We had a fantastic time staying at Lake Livin! We utilized the pool each day (multiple times) and even had a boat delivered to the dock for a cruise around Lake Hamilton. The house was exactly as pictured. We would definitely stay there again!

Excellent sleeping accommodations- very comfortable beds. Beautiful setting with lots of room. Extremely close to everything, yet in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Great value - property was exactly as pictured and perfect for our party of 6 to relax for a few days!

Thank you so much for the fantastic feedback! We are thrilled to hear that our home was the perfect fit for your group of six. We know how important a good night's sleep is while on vacation, so we're especially glad you found the beds so comfortable. It’s great that you were able to enjoy the best of both worlds—the convenience of being close to everything Hot Springs has to offer, while still having a quiet neighborhood to retreat to at the end of the day. We’re so glad the property lived up to your expectations and we hope to host your group again at Overnight Digs soon!

A very nice and spacious place to stay.

Our stay was short but we enjoyed the spacious and relaxing property. Property was not ready when we arrived (at the designated arrival time), but cleaners worked diligently to finish quickly. Supplies in kitchen were great. Everything very comfortable. Wish we could have stayed longer!

I can’t say enough good things about this house and the management. It was a lovely place in a beautiful setting. The house is filled with light, beautifully decorated and so comfortable. I can’t say enough good things about the sleeping accommodations. The mattresses were so comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed. We are a group of friends who like to travel and all agreed that this house is in our top 5 of all time.

House was very clean, plenty of supplies to last the first four days or more, we loved the baby supplies (pack and play, high chair…). We had a great stay!

Gorgeous house with plenty of space. Waterway and neighborhood is quiet! At first the kids thought the water was too shallow for fishing, but they ended up catching over 20 fish during our four days there. Close to all the cool places. Must go to Fisherman’s Wharf for dinner! Management was super quick to reply to any of my questions.

Thank you so much for the 'reel' talk! We are thrilled that the kids had such an incredible time fishing—20 fish in four days is quite the record! It’s a great reminder that our quiet waterway is a hidden gem for anglers of all ages. We’re so glad you enjoyed the gorgeous space and found our Overnight Digs team to be quick and helpful. You are also spot-on with the recommendation for Fisherman’s Wharf—it’s one of our local favorites! We truly appreciate the shout-out and can’t wait to have your family back for another 'catch-of-the-day' getaway soon!

Great location, beautifully decorated

The interior of the house was beautiful, had all amenities as described, and easily accommodated all our crew with room to spare. The pool itself and pool area needs some work, it was too cool for us to enjoy this time of year, but other than that everything was great!
