CORREO ELECTRÓNICO es mejor. Con frecuencia estoy fuera del país. Los correos electrónicos serán respondidos MUCHO más rápido que las llamadas telefónicas. 2 dormitorios y 2 baños totalmente renovados y decorados profesionalmente con muebles de Tommy Bahama. Granito personalizado tanto en la cocina como en los baños, no en los gabinetes de madera personalizados de las cocinas y baños. Todo nuevo a partir del 1/2014. Nuevos colchones, edredones, muebles, televisores de pantalla plana y más. Todos los suministros de cocina completamente nuevos.

Puertas de cristal en las duchas. Odio las cortinas de baño, las considero antihigiénicas.

tienes acceso a sillas de playa, unbrellas, hieleras y juguetes de playa. Ya no garantizo los paraguas debido a la rotura y el mal manejo de los mismos por parte de los invitados. Esto está en el primer piso para que no tenga que cargar todas las cosas de la playa hasta la unidad todos los días. Esto es muy conveniente.

Se proporcionan sillas de piscina en la piscina climatizada y también la parrilla tiene el gas conectado y proporcionado. Hay acceso a 3 piscinas, ya que soy dueño de cada una de las asociaciones en South Seas Beach Villas.

Balcón proyectado con vista a la piscina y al océano. Tienes acceso a tres piscinas. 4 canchas de tenis (pregunte al resort por el precio que cambia según la temporada) y un área de parrilla de barbacoa. Hay una bonita pasarela a la playa que tiene una estación de limpieza de pies. Pague lavadora y secadora en el primer piso. Este edificio tiene un ascensor a diferencia de algunas de las unidades que se alquilan en la playa.

 PUEDE USAR LO SIGUIENTE:
1. 3 piscinas de condominio 2. 3 áreas de barbacoa 3. Todas las sillas de piscina, tumbonas y mesas en las 3 piscinas de condominio, ya que soy dueño de las 3 asociaciones 4. El tenis paga por jugar tal como lo haría en el complejo a partir de este momento, es de $ 18 por persona por día. Tarifas sujetas a cambios por parte del resort 5. Todos mis artículos de playa incluyen sillas, toallas de playa, hieleras y juguetes de arena 6. Puede comer en Doc Fords y pagar con tarjeta de crédito, pero hay tantos restaurantes fuera del sitio (que se pueden caminar y otros en automóvil), no estoy seguro de por qué uno comería en los mares del sur (caro), pero sí, puede comer en Doc Fords. 7) Puede alquilar bicicletas, carritos de golf y otros artículos de interés con proveedores locales que son menos costosos de lo que pagaría con el resort

We found the property to accurately described by the host. The atmosphere was clean and welcoming. The amenities were well done. We would certainly entertain the thought of staying here once again in the future.

Beautiful destination but terrible management by owner!

We rented a 2 bedroom/2bath and from the moment we walked in, the door to the shower on the extra bathroom was jammed. Cool, our son can just use ours for now. Except no one was available to come until 2 days after we were there (day 3 of vacation) which kind of stinks because that’s practically half the trip with only one bathroom. The garbage disposable was broken and had a terrible odor coming from it. Again, DAYS before anyone will come. There were gnats all over the sink, no one wanted to turn the sink on and disturb the army of gnats currently making their home there, so we bought disposable dishes to avoid it. Again, cool. Whatever.Finally, two days later, the maintenance man(?) and owner/manager(?) Kim come to deal with the issues. Maintenance man shatters the entire shower door and there is glass everywhere. I mean EVERYWHERE. The man does a terrible job cleaning it up, like puts ten minutes into the job and there were glass chunks and particles covering every surface of the bathroom after that. Our 2/2 quickly turned into a 2/1 for the entirety of the trip because I cannot allow my 7 year old disabled son to use a glass covered bathroom. To make matters (even more) worse, I took the time to go searching for them to inform them that the toilet was FULL of glass just for maintenance to come upstairs and flush it all down the toilet while plunging it! Not once was an apology offered during our visit. Be wary! Beautiful location, would be worth it otherwise!

The “off limits” bathroom. Unfortunately my son has autism and doesn’t always remember/comprehend that certain things are off limits when they shouldn’t be. A glass dusted bathroom was extremely dangerous.

beautiful view and location but....

The location was great and the view and sunsets were amazing. The condo was very dark with large dark furniture. The bed was so uncomfortable we had to sleep in the single beds. We had trouble with the tv and internet and the owner was getting frustrated with us and she was not very helpful. One phone call would have been great to explain it to us. Linens in closet were stained and not pleasant to look at. The iron was broken and the ironing board had no cover. I feel like a few good upgrades and the place would be great.

Beautiful location but not disability friendly

The unit was well stocked yet dated decor. The listing stated an onsite hot tube however there are none on the South Seas property. The listing also stated elevator access with a note that it “cannot be guaranteed” due to it being mechanical however the elevator was completely shut down and under construction. It was very difficult for my elderly, disabled father to navigate the two flights of stairs. Also, we were not on the list or left wristbands to have access to the two other pools on the South Seas property. The unit is in a beautiful location with stunning sunsets!

Bed bugs

This has been the worst experience of travel in my lifetime. Upon arrival at the condo, the gatekeeper had no record of us in that unit. He did let us through and told us where that address was. Once I was at the condo. The elevator was out of service. I am 67 years old and had to do steps carrying luggage. Had I known this up front we would have picked a different condo not on the second floor. I proceeded to check into the room the key code unlocked the door only to find shoes in the hallway by the front door and towels hanging on all the chairs. This unit was occupied. I then made a call to the host and left a message. She then called me back and told me I messed up. I was at the wrong unit. I did something wrong. I explained to her the key code unlocked the address which was given to us. She then insisted you don’t understand what a door lock sounds like it must have already been open. I then sternly explained to her. I opened it two times the second time asking out loud if anyone was here, to see if I could sort this mess out, no one answered probably at pool. The host then said somehow you have my personal passcode that will unlock all the doors, do not use that passcode no more. You are in the unit next to that one and gave me another passcode. This passcode unlocked the door next to the address that we were given. The hose proceeded to tell me we must’ve written something wrong. I didn’t cut her off and said these are the numbers you sent on my phone I did not write

A truly remarkable experience!

My family and I had such an amazing time relaxing on the beach and by the pool everyday! The property is in a gated community with private beaches! We were able to experience having the beautiful green/ blue water all to ourselves. The house had everything we needed for our stay even the items we forgot to bring with us from home. If you’ve ever enjoyed a sunset on the gulf coast and want to experience it each night, this is the spot for you. There was great communication with the owner and she made sure we were able to enjoy ourselves at her wonderful property!

Great Spot w/Amazing Views

Place is privately owned in a resort property area on the beach with a pool. Security gate into the area. Buildings only a couple of stories so it is not crammed with people. We extended our stay a few days and wanted to check out another area. Was last minute on our part. Communication with owner was fine, she just happened to be busy and we were anxious with last minute booking. Place is nice and roomy. Beds are decent, ample towels including for the beach. Beach chairs available which is awesome because not more than 100 yards from the door is sand & water. Absolutely amazing sunsets during our stay. This part of the island is more laid back. Lots of bikers & golf cart. Still recovering from Ian, but we had no issues with groceries, beach eateries & nice restaurants. This property is ideally located, owner was easy to deal with and accommodating, Captiva Beach was perfect for our family. Will put on our list of worth returning to later.

Lovely unit...but problems as well.

I input on line was for a different unit owned by the same person. She told me that unit was booked. Then she switched me to another unit she owned without my agreement. I was charged by vrbo and had no choice. The unit I wanted was larger and had two bedrooms with king size beds. The unit I was placed in had one bedroom with king size bed, one with twins..not what I wanted for my friends, but I had no choice. I did not pick the unit was charged and could not get a refund. The elevators do not work so you have two carry everything up and down two flights of stairs. At 8 am drilling and sawing in unit upstairs. Not relaxing. The unit is lovely. However there are some flaws. Be prepared. Eventually South Seas with be repaired from Ian.....but it is not yet.

Best Beach Location

Great location. Short walk to beach. Captiva beach the best. Forget Sanibel. Great shelling and clear water. 3 minute walk from condo. Condo was clean with everything needed. Comfortable king bed. The AC new and quiet! Several great pools to use. There was construction going on at South Sea re hurricane fixes. WE where at beach all day so not bothered. Kim was great at communicating.

A big draw to the place was the sleeping arrangements. The lounge chair in the living room was where one of us was going to sleep for health reasons. The chair was broken, and seemed like it was broken for awhile. The handle of the lanai door was broken off, again off for some time. The picture from the lanai was a similar view but I think was taken from another condo just to the right of the one we rented. Enough information was not given concerning SSP before you paid the fees. Would we go back to this location? No {also refrigerator was extremely rusty and there were no dishtowels, wa;ll paper in bathroom was coming off, the lounge chair on the lani was also broken.)

We booked this trip in January and received the information at that time. We had 3 trips between the the time we booked this trip and the time we actually went on this trip. We received the check-in information with all of the other information in January. By the time July came, we forgot. At the airport in Florida, I sent a message asking about the process and received, "as per the documents sent to you. . . I will resend the documents you misplaced." Not the warm fuzzy vibe we have come to expect from Vrbo, but a very quick response. The property appears clean; however, sticky dishes were put away and we had to wash everything prior to use. The dishwasher is not effective. Netflix, Disney, and other apps are not included. Both bedrooms have DVD players that do not work. The outside of the refrigerator is rusty, wallpaper is peeling off the walls, paint is peeling off the ceiling, and some of the furniture has been well used. All of these shortcomings can be overlooked, but we gave this property 3 stars because of the mattress in the primary bedroom. It is the worst bed. We had difficulty falling asleep, staying asleep, and both developed back pain that continued following our trip.
