Stunning Italian Riviera without the Cinque Terre crows
This apartment has been in my family for more than twenty years. It is a "happy" place with plenty of light, direct sun, and cross ventilation. It is charming without being fussy; centrally-located without being in a noisy area; traditional without missing modern conveniences. Our family spenmt numerous summers there and now that the children have grown we love to share it with guests from all over the world.

Your host
My sister Valeria and I own this apartment jointly and use it regularly throughout the year. However, when neither of us is in Santa Margherita Ligure we gladly make it available to people who want to discover one of our favorite parts of the Liguria region. We have been vacation in the area for decades since we were children and still love, love, love the place. It has not lost the allure of a small fishing village.
Why they chose this property
Most buildings along Via Madonnetta are five or six story high. The area was developed in the 60's but the style, architecture and colors are the same as the local architecture of older buildings. Very easy to walk to the charming harbor with its cafes, restaurants and bars
What makes this property unique
This is not an investment property. This is our home, tastefully decorated and appointed. The moment you step inside you feel you are guests in a welcoming home. The apartment is not fussy, but it has everything you need for a comfortable stay.
