OCE1506 - Large home set directly next to the sandy private beach including Ocean views from the large sun deck! Great parking, bi-level floor plan offers 2 different living spaces and a kitchenette on ground level. Upper level traditional living room, dining and a galley style full kitchen - fantastic option for those looking for large homes, beach convenience and budget. Air conditioning, wifi, outdoor shower and best of all 10 badges to the Elizabeth-Carter Private Beach included!

Shore Points Vacations cancellation policy supersedes any policy advertised or insinuated on other marketplaces. The terms of our lease/rental agreement shall prevail. View our rental agreement for full terms & conditions, however should you wish to cancel your reservation then this is to be requested in writing to Shore Points Vacations. In short, the reservation must be re-booked for any refund to be offered unless otherwise agreed to by the property owner. Trip cancellation insurance is also available and costs about half of what the taxes would cost you which we are exempted from. Shore Points Vacations will do everything in our power to accommodate, as it is our mission to provide an exceptional experience and to become your top choice for your beach vacation every year! If you do not agree with our terms you should not book this rental.
