Beautiful ocean front property. Two pools, jacuzzi, gym, sauna, billiards room, tennis courts, bocci ball court.

Surrounding great restaurants, shopping and golf courses for your pleasure.

Beach fishing etc.

Guest must pay electric bill to host.

Will only rent to two adults.

$100 occupancy building fee required.

This property can only be rented for three consecutive months and at least a month advanced notice is required.

In the event of a hurricane and if the property has to be vacated the host will not be responsible for hotels, moving expenses etc but, will probate the stay. These are unusual circumstances requiring to vacate the property,

The condo association requires that I lease for a consecutive three month period with a lease. Renters must also pay $120 per moth on electric and a $200 cleaning fee. Also a building $100 application fee.

Beautiful decor. High end building.

Why they chose this property

Jensen Beach is a barrier island. My condo is ocean front, just go downstairs walk a few steps and you are on the beach.

Supermarkets (Publix, wholesale clubs, all kinds of excellent restaurants. Huge mall etc.
