This brand new loft is ideally situated on W Hancock Avenue in the heart of downtown Athens! This unit is perfect for game days, Parent's Weekend, or a fun getaway. This space has luxury hardwood floors, top of the line finishes, a walk in-shower, and a fully outfitted kitchenette. There is no on-site parking offered, but there is ample street parking and surface lots near by. This unbeatable location is a short walk away from UGA's Arch, Sanford Stadium, and all of the best that the Classic City has to offer!

Great Location for a weekend visiting my daughter at UGA. Beautifully furnished and very comfortable. Chase is super responsive and would definitely book again. Only thing that would make it 10/10 is an assigned parking spot. If you don’t plan to drive much after you arrive I recommend you take up the offer to park at their office.

The suite was immaculate and the interior design gorgeous. We were able to walk into town for shopping and dining. The location is so convenient. Just an fyi: The suite is on the lower level not upstairs where the balcony is. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall a great place but parking was an issue. Just need better signage for parking rules. We were almost towed but fortunately the gentleman with the towing company was understanding and allowed us to just move our car.
