The Hotel was clean, the staff efficient and the room was as described. It was disappointing that the lobby bar was never open. it also might have been the time or year or the days I was there but surrounding rooms were quite noisy during the middle of the night. Also I am having a challenge balancing the Vrbo charges and the final hotel bill at check-out.

It’s a fantastic location and the room was exactly as described in the listing. I didn’t receive an email with check in instructions as the vrbo email stated. It was fine though because the check in went smoothly. It was a great stay. I recommend.

Great Location.. Walking close to theater, Chinatown.Only thing was parking did online self pay on 4th floor and loaded car and by the time with drove down we had a 15 late fee and woman would not let us out until payed. Not Happy…
