Spend your mountain vacation in this luxurious studio condominium in the most desirable complex in Beaver Creek. McCoy Peak Lodge is located adjacent to Chair 1 on Beaver Creek Mountain and provides all of the amenities needed for an incredible ski vacation or weekend away in the mountains. McCoy Peak offers unbeatable ski-in/ski-out access and includes a private locker room, hot tubs, a heated parking garage, and an award-winning great room.

This condominium is on the ground floor and is one of the closest units in the building to the slopes. It features a resort kitchenette with granite countertops, refrigerator, full size dishwasher, 2 burner stove and microwave oven. The condo has maple hardwood floors, a stone fireplace, a marble bathroom with Jacuzzi tub, a luxury king size bed (and rollaway twin), and a washer and dryer.

Along with its luxury finishes, one of our favorite features of this condominium is its convenience. The locker room is feet away from the slopes, so you won't ever have to walk in those bulky ski boots during your stay. If you get cold or need a quick break from the slopes, come in for a cup of cocoa. At days’ end, hop in one of the hot tubs, then relax by the beautiful wood burning fireplace in the great room while watching skiers take their final runs of the day. All the fine dining and shopping of Beaver Creek Village is a short walk (less than 5 minutes). If your legs are really tired, Dial-a-Ride (the free shuttle service) is just a phone call away.

We love our mountain condo and know that you will enjoy your stay. Hope to see you on the slopes!

Please note: the condo is able to sleep 2 comfortably in the king size bed. We do have the additional rollaway twin for a small child. A family of 4 would not fit in this unit.

We loved this true ski in/ski out! It is situated just above the Haymeadow gondola and Centennial lift, and is about a 10 minute walk to the Village. The host provided easy, accurate instructions; they also provided some great dining experiences! We would love coming back to this same place if available and timing was right. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

I have stayed at McCoy Peak Lodge several times and every time it’s fabulous. VRBO host is great, the local on site manager is awesome, the condo is top-notch. Nothing beats walking out the back door, putting your skis down and skiing down to the left. Whenever I plan to come to BC next, I will be hoping to stay at McCoy Peak Lodge once again! This is true ski in ski out. Just above the main village. No special trial to have to get on or hiking up to the slope. Beautiful building that well kept.

Quaint unit

The unit is perfect for a single person or a couple; although it's a bit smaller than expected, it has everything one needs to have a good time. The fridge is small for an extended stay, but we made it work. The location is incredibly centralized and comfortable. The facilities are comfortable, and the ski-in/out from the locker room is perfect.

Cozy unit with everything you need for an awesome ski vacation at Beaver Creek. Parking and check in was super easy. The unit is steps away from the beautiful lobby and grands views of the slopes, perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee. The slopeside hot tubs are the perfect way to end a long day on the mountain. The bedroom and bathroom are large and comfy. The small galley kitchen is well equipped. Would definitely recommend to friends.

Best Location for Skiing

True ski-in/ski-out. Woke up, put on our gear in the ski locker room, and shredded to the lift down the slope. Ate lunch in the room using the kitchenette. The fireplace was perfect! Opted out of taking a shuttle from the lodge and walked down the bunny slope to the village to catch the restaurant bus into Avon. We have stayed at a few places slopeside in Beaver Creek and this one is the best yet!

Great ski access

Family of 3 - with 6yo - really enjoyed the ski-onto the slopes access. We could easily access the beginner slopes and kids ski school, and well as the longer lifts. The only downside is it is not a super convenient walk to the village shops/restaurants. Either a 10-15 min stroll on sidewalk, or a serious trek up/down the side of the ski slope. Still highly recommended.

Perfect location

This property is excellent, but for no more than two people. It was very clean and the location was amazing! The only problems we had were that there was no one at the site to answer any questions about the area and you really could not cook breakfast. Do not try to cook bacon (no frying pan) because the ventilation is horrible. Other than those two things, this place is just wonderful. The little extras like the fresh flowers, coffee, wine, and water were an added plus!
