Horn Lake Cottage Rental - 4 season - Burk's Falls, Ontario

A quaint, 3 bedroom cottage, with beds to comfortably sleep 8. Fully equipped kitchen, sunroom, and large deck with large private yard surrounded by woods. Makes an ideal family getaway. There is TV (satellite) X2, with Blue ray player.

Fully winterized. Easy access to snowmobile trails.

Not on the waterfront but you can see it across the road and just a 30 second walk to access a beach area with private boat launch and dock (shared with 2 other of my rental cottages) available for your use. Public boat launch just around the corner.
Kayaks, canoes, paddle boards and pedal boat available for use.

You must bring your own linens - bedding, towels, and dish towels. Please bring your own blankets/comforters or sleeping bags.

Toilet paper, dish soap and shampoo etc., not supplied.

*** This is a self clean rental, YOU MUST CLEAN before you leave, cleaning supplies provided. If cleaned properly cleaning fee will be returned. Due to COVID we will clean extra between rentals.

The property has a septic system.
The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime.

There is a backup generator if needed.

Firewood can be purchased on or off site.

Please control garbage to keep animals away, we can arrange for removal of garbage.

The property is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

Note** in nature and around water noise travel’s extremely well, this site is not to be used by loud noisy groups or for parties, there are other cottages in the vicinity that need to be respected
