Rentals are only for your listed amount of people in the VRBO rental agreement. Due to the cottage property being high occupancy At No time is any non-listed/non-registered/non-paid people allowed to visit or set foot on the property, in the cottage, in the pool area, fire pit area etc. As required by the fire inspector, town by-law’s & our insurance policy all unregistered trespassing people will be removed from the property and the rental cancelled with no refunds. Your private rental is for the entire Cottage (with No one else on the large property) 7 bedrooms’ total, the upper, lower & suite. Beautiful Seasonal (open late Spring/Summer/Fall) In-ground Heated 33' x 18 'x 57" deep pool (30% of length is shallow end at 36" deep) or short walk to beaches. Air-conditioned, BBQ, Free WIFI, Free internet, large fire-pit, lots of space & located right in Grand Bend. There are no other charges if after departure the cottage is clean, no items missing & no damage. Absolutely No pets allowed. No smoking allowed in buildings. 7 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms plus 1 at the pool, 3 kitchens, 3 natural gas BBQ's, 3 patio decks, large fire-pit area with seating & your own (open late Spring/Summer/Fall) large private 33' x 18 'x 57" deep heated in ground pool with lounge chairs (open late Spring/Summer/Fall). Cottage is located on Highway 21 South in the town of Grand Bend on 2 acres of land 1 mile from the main street. Located along the rotary nature trail/side walk. The largest piece of rental property in Grand Bend with lots of room for you. Everybody walks down the trail to the main street so you do not have to pay for car parking. Lots of on-site parking. Great family gathering spot for summer vacation. From the Cottage you are a 20-minute walk to: Grand Bends Main Street Strip with Shops & Bars. Walk to Grand Bends Main Beach with Kids Splash Pad, Boardwalk, Fishing, Jet Ski Rentals & Boat Rentals. 5 to 10-minute drive to Oakwood Golf & Spa Resort, Huron Country Playhouse, Grand Bend Motorplex, Pinery Flea Market, Pinery Provincial Park & Lambton County Heritage Museum. A little further to the Starlight Drive Inn Theater, Sand Hills Golf, Indian Hills Golf and Multiple Beach's. First Upper and Second Lower units have 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom each with tub and shower, living area, dining area and complete modern kitchen (equipped with dishes, cutlery, pots and pans and cleaning supplies). Each section its own outdoor deck complete with patio furniture and natural gas BBQ. Outdoor private in-ground heated swimming pool onsite (open late Spring/Summer/Fall). Upper has: Bedroom 1 (Queen Bed), Bedroom 2 (Queen Bed), Bedroom 3 (Queen Bed), and Bed sofa in living room. Lower has: Bedroom 1 (King bed), Bedroom 2 (Queen Bed), Bedroom 3 (twin bed plus double bed), and Bed sofa in living room. En-suite has: Bedroom 1 (King bed) & Futon bed sofa. First Unit 369 Ontario Street Upper Level. The upper is 1032 square feet. Hardwood floors throughout with ceramic tiled kitchen/bathroom. 42-inch cable television in living room. Living room has an expansive picture window overlooking the front yard providing a bright and airy feeling. Off the living room is a fully equipped kitchen that contains full size fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee makers, oven and plenty of cupboard and counter space. There is a dining table indoors and another private dining area is available on your own private backyard pool view patio. There are three bedrooms decorated in lovely soft earth colors. Each room has a Queen Size bed, dresser, and closet. Windows and patio doors provide a pool view from the kitchen and one bedroom. The other two bedrooms have a front yard view. Full modern bathroom with tub and shower. Central heating & conditioning upstairs. Enjoy the convenience of free high-speed internet connection. A front load washer and drier is included for your use. The lower is 1032 square feet. Enjoy everything the above section has to offer. Ceramic tiled floors throughout with in floor heating. Spacious three bedrooms (1 Massive King Bed, 1 Queen Bed, 1 Single & Double Shared Room). Dressers and closets are in each room. Full kitchen with oven, stove top, fridge, microwave oven, coffee maker and lots of cabinet space. Comes fully equipped with everything you will need for cooking and eating. Connecting to the kitchen is a large dining table. Alternatively, if you prefer the outdoors there is a large table outside on the lower patio. Full bathroom with bath/shower. Lots of room and storage space. Individual controlled ductless A/C heating & cooling units in each room. Also has in floor heating. Upper suite Hardwood floors throughout with ceramic tiled kitchen/bathroom. The suite includes its own private entrance and there is an adjoining door to upper unit. Large bedroom with king size bed, 42" flat screen television, DVD player and high speed internet. There is a kitchenette kitchen table for two with microwave, bar fridge, coffee maker and toaster oven. Bathroom is a half bath with shower (no bathtub). Central air conditioning throughout this unit as well as a ductless heating & cooling unit in the bedroom. Large upper patio with gas barbeque and 2 dining tables.

Great place to stay in Grand Bend

The only house with a pool in Grand Bend so you have your choice of your own pool or the beach.

Thank you Hugh for the 5 Star review. Yes the private heated pool is a major benefit with being able to even use it on cool/windy days, have your own drinks, your own food all within steps of the cottage plus no crowds. Thanks David

Wonderful Stay!

David was a wonderful host, provided helpful tips and detailed tour. The property itself was fantastic. Great pool, large property and fully equipped. Overall, we had a great time and can’t wait to visit again.

Gorgeous huge place with all of the immeneties you could ask for

This place is awesome! Huge property, tons of rooms and you don't have to bring a lot other than towels and food! The owner is very accommodating and easy to work with. A bit of a walk from the main beach but nothing too out of the way to be walked. Great prices for beginning of summer season aswell!
