Welcome to our vacation home. Large entrance hall into an open plan layout. Large formal dining room that flows through into the kitchen and family room. The family room has a comfortable leather L-shaped sofa, recliner, and large flat screen TV—perfect for watching all your favorite movies on. Full Kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Fully equipped for preparing and enjoying all your home cooked family meals. Breakfast bar that seats 2.
Large formal dining area, which seats up to 8.
Patio doors from the kitchen and family room open up onto an awesome pool for everyone to cool off in, and a spa to relax in. Patio Furniture under the lanai for alfresco dining or just relaxing with a good book and enjoying the Florida sun.
The games room with a full-size pool table and an air hockey table, are great for family enjoyment.
The large Master suite with king-sized bed and en-suite bathroom, complete with his and hers sinks, a garden tub and a walk-in shower with a separate WC. The Guest Bedroom has a king bed and en-suite bathroom comprising of a combo tub/shower, vanity and WC. A further Guest bedroom with a queen bed. The Twin Bedroom with two twin beds, (singles) is perfect for the children. Family Bathroom comprising of combo tub/shower, vanity and WC. Utility room with a full washer and dryer for guest convenience.
Ground floor Queen bedroom with adjoining bathroom comprising of a combo tub/shower, vanity and WC.

Driveway parking for 2 cars. No overnight on street parking. Towing is enforced.

Close by at Champions Gate there is a Publix supermarket, restaurants and take aways.
Within minutes of the I4 for a direct route to the Disney parks and Hwy 27 where you will find a Walmart supermarket and various shops and restaurants.

Nearby Champions Gate golf course and minutes away from some of the best courses in Orlando.
