Para su privacidad, la villa de autoservicio está ubicada dentro de la comunidad cerrada de The Sanctuary, parte de West Haven, y solo se puede acceder mediante una entrada codificada. La villa se considera clase ejecutiva debido a los muebles de calidad dentro y la comunidad segura en la que se encuentra. Disfrute de un relajante baño en su propia piscina privada frente al sur que tiene el sol brillando desde la mañana hasta la noche o divertirse en nuestra sala de juegos.
El Santuario está situado en una ubicación privilegiada, a unos 12 minutos de los parques de Disney y numerosos campos de golf. En ChampionsGate, a sólo 3 minutos (y siempre pasó al salir de la I4 en la ruta de regreso a la villa), hay una selección de puntos de venta - Subway, McDonalds, Wendys, Dunkin Donuts / Baskin Robbins, Mexicano Chili, Millers Ale House, Red Robin Gourmet Burgers, chino (para llevar), italiano (comer y llevar), Fish & Chips (comer y llevar), supermercado Publix, Walgreens farmacia, peluquería, 7-Eleven y 2 gasolineras. Continuar pasado el Santuario por aproximadamente 3/4 millas hasta el cruce de la autopista 27 donde encontrará muchos más establecimientos para comer y tiendas locales.

Second time we stayed at this wonderful home away from home! Communication with the host was great. The home was clean, well organized and welcoming. The pool heat worked great, especially on a cold day we had in our week. Great location as well. Close to theme parks, golf courses, and services. Can not wait to rebook for next year!

The house was nice and clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The kids had fun in the pool and game room, and the house was fairly close to any activities we had planned. The house is dated but we would absolutely come back.

Great value and the first thing I'll say before anything else is that we had a fabulous time and have no complaints. Our initial impression when we walked through the door (after a 5 hour flight from the west coast and 4 hour drive from Miami) was not great, various pieces of signage with "rules" all felt a little passive agressive, furniture both internally and externally was a bit tired and it was clear some touching up of paint had been done and a little patchy etc, we felt a little deflated. We were tired, had a glass of wine and decided we had no complaints. Up the next day after a good sleep we were much more positive. 1)Everything worked as it should. (although weirdly no batteries in the master bedroom tv remote control, thankfully I had some with me, surely people don't steal batteries when staying in a villa?? Maybe they do and maybe this helps explain the need for the rules signage!). 2) We were in a location we knew and wanted to be. 3) Loads of space which we were wanting for a nice relaxing holiday. 4) Everything was actually very clean. As the days went on it started to feel like home and we fell in love with the place even it's quirks. The games room in the garage was handy, hot, as they always are but pool table, darts and air hockey were enjoyed by the teenager and both of us. The pool was great, the solar heating kept the pool warm enough for us to enjoy everyday. Ultimately we loved itAs the days went on

Property was nice but needed some updating. Appliances are about 20 years old and no water filter in frig. Also mattresses have a 3 inch piece of foam on top so my body just sunk down

We had a fantastic stay at this villa in West Sanctuary, ChampionsGate! The house was spacious, clean, and perfect for our family. The kids absolutely loved the themed bedrooms — they added such a fun and memorable touch to the trip.The private pool was a huge hit, and the outdoor area was perfect for relaxing while the kids played and swam. The garage game room was another major highlight — we had so much fun playing pool, air hockey, foosball, and darts in the evenings.The villa is located in a quiet, gated community which felt very safe and well-maintained. ChampionsGate is a great area with easy access to shops, restaurants, and the parks. We’d definitely recommend this place to families looking for a fun and comfortable stay in the Orlando area!

2 week theme park holiday

We loved this property. The kids in particular had a brilliant time in the pool. The games room was great fun. The house was clean and spacious with everything we needed. The rooms were ideal for our children (7,9, and 11).Simon was prompt at replying to any queries before. He graciously contacted us and offered late check out when he had heard from neighbours the electricity supply was going to be temporarily halted due to work in the street on our leaving day. Overall we were delighted with the house and made lovely memories there.

Family Trip to Disney

This was our first trip taking our kids, young and old, to Disney. We opted to rent a house vs hotel room, so that we'd have the space needed. The house was perfect for our family, the pool and game room were greatly enjoyed by the kids. The location of the house was within reasonable distances to supermarkets, gas stations etc. The traffic wasn't always the best, but I believe it's due to the roadway construction that was taking place during our visit. We are a family of 6 (2 parents, a young adult child, 2 teenagers and 1 pre-teen), so the space was great and the teenagers/pre-teen enjoyed the themed bedrooms. The house is situated in a quiet/gated community, the pool area was great! I enjoyed some mornings, lounging by the pool, before everyone was up. The kitchen offered the space we needed for food prep and cooking. The master bathroom was so spacious and helped with the hustle and bustle of getting ready in the morning, before going to Disney parks. There are also room safes, to store your valuables, while out out of the house, added bonus. Communication with the owners of the house was stellar, they were quick to respond with answers to questions. We would definitely consider staying here again!

Quiet home to relax

We enjoyed our stay here. The area felt safe and secure which was something important to us. We appreciated the pool being in the sun the majority of the day. We paid the additional amount to have the pool heated which was likely not needed as the weather was hot during our stay. The floor plan was perfect for our family, the home itself had most of what we required for our stay. Communication with the owner was easy and the slight issue we encountered was rectified quickly. The only downside to the location was the traffic on I4 to get to the parks or other places toward Orlando - we are just not used to that congestion. Overalll the visit was great and I would stay again!

Lovely vacation home with swimming pool and hot tub

Lovely 4 bed vacation home, plenty of space for us as a family of 4. The property is clean and is well equipped in the kitchen, pool and games room. We had a great time unwinding when we come back from the busy theme parks. It's within driving distance with all the theme parks, and it's in a gated community. I'd definitely recommend jt and would love to come back again next time when we're here.

Dishonest owner

Location of property is great Property itself was dated needs updating cracks in bathroom floor tiles which are sharp underfoot black mouldy silicone around shower in main bathroom mattresses are very uncomfortable burn marks on kitchen tops All of which we just accepted and took in our stride we were disappointed that the pool was out of action although they did put a new filter in the day before we checked out but we were only able to use the pool one night We gave the owner the benefit of the doubt until we received notification 10 days after our stay that we were being charged for damage to the kitchen floor damage that we absolutely did not do!!I can only assume the owner is trying to make a quick buck we have complained to Vrbo explaining we were not responsible and they are now looking into this owner. Please be very careful if you book this property!!

Great Location Beautiful house

The property is in an excellent location. The neighborhood is really good. The amenities at the house are great, and you can't beat the price anywhere. I highly recommend it and will book it again for future trips!

Great location

This villa has good facilities and is a large layout. We have really enjoyed our stay here. Its located about half an hour from most theme parks and there are several supermarkets within a short drive away. Our children have loved this villa as much as we have.

Great place

The house was conveniently located about 20-30 minutes from Disney park entrances. It was nice to have a private pool to come back to after being out in the heat all day.

Very nice villa

We really enjoyed our stay here. Very quick communication from Simon and easy to understand instructions. The villa is in a great location for Disney, shops and restaurants. The villa was well equipped and spacious. There were a couple of little bits where the cleaners missed, but nothing terrible. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you for having us!

Fantastic stay

Had a fantastic time here, initially booked for last year but had to cancel our trip due to hurricane damage and the hosts were lovely and very accommodating. Great location close to parks, shops and international drive. Pool area is amazing, great for chill days, catches the sun all day if you like to sunbathe and the water is the perfect temperature at all times. Kids loved the games room, plenty to keep the whole family entertained. 100% would recommend. Thank you for having us!

Hi, we are Simon, Stephanie & Serena from Barton on Sea, Hampshire, UK. We try to holiday as a family in Florida as often as possible each year as work/education permits. We love the climate, shopping, theme parks and the standard of living.

We discovered this property in 2006 shortly after the previous owners had it built and came back year after year. We love the location with the theme parks and various shopping outlets within easy reach. As the I4 & US27 are close by, all of the Orlando attractions, along with many other places of interest, are very easily accessible and can be arrived at in a short period of travelling time.

We found it a home from home for all the annual visits we have had since our first stay all those years & visits ago. When the opportunity arose and in the sentiments of those famous words of Victor Kiam, we liked it so much we bought the property.......

Our aim is to continue to provide the same level of service and assistance we experienced which, along with the property itself, vastly contributed to the enjoyable stays we have always had and led us to return time after time.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Free wireless internet, cable TV in all bedrooms, games room with pool table, air hockey, & fuss-ball are just some of the highlights.
For families with a small baby or children, there is a large cot, high chair, car booster seat, strollers, baby intercom & sterilizer for guests to use.
No need to bring towels or hair dryers. For guests free of charge use, there is a Sat Nav, a set of golf clubs and normally a few pool inflatables which tend to be left behind by previous guests and ourselves.
One of the most important aspects of your stay is the pool area & this is south facing so provides sunshine all day & the pool & spa (not a hot tub or jacuzzi as it utilises the pool water circulation system) has solar powered heating as standard which generally takes the chill off of the water in the winter months (& can get to well over 80 in the summer), but is dependant on the sun making an appearance and the climate conditions prevailing at the time, so the optional additional electric water heating (UK £12.50 per day) is something you may wish to consider for the water in the pool and spa as this will raise the temperature (but not to that of a bath!).
During the build, the patio area was extended to become one of the larger ones in The Sanctuary so has plenty of room for you all to sit and/or lie out in the sun.
