Welcome to “Point of View”
Ready to wake up to the sound of waves and the smell of salt in the air? This gorgeous single-family home is designed for ultimate relaxation and endless ocean views, located in Cape May’s prestigious area known as Poverty Beach. Ideally situated on the curve of Wilmington and Beach Avenue, where you can walk across the street and be on the beach. Enjoy morning sunrises and evening sunsets while listening to the waves crash which can be heard from several points of the house. There are 3 spacious outdoor decks where you can soak up the sun, host meals, or simply wind down with a glass of wine. Each deck offers views of the beach, with the 3rd floor deck that boasts an exceptional and unique view of the beach and faces out towards the Cape May inlet where you can see boats come in and out all day. There is also a large screened in porch on the 2nd floor that can host your family for an evening during the off-season, open air. Comfortably accommodates 12 guests, with 4 bedrooms (one king bed, 4 full beds, 2 twin beds, and 2 twin pullout beds) and 3 full large bathrooms. Not feeling like a beach day…. enjoy the large front yard, with plenty of space to play outdoor games, have a catch or lounge while you grill dinner. Being offered as dog-friendly as there is also a backyard that is separately fenced in. There is a garage which offers additional secure storage for all of your things. Parking, views and walking to the beach make this home a special place. Bike to restaurants, Washington Street open aired mall, Beach Creek, the Wineries and all that Cape May has to offer. Sheets and towels are not provided but available to rent from several local companies. Enjoy our home during all seasons and enjoy coming and leaving your vacation with less travel stress as we rent weekly from Sunday to Sunday from Labor day to memorial day and offer weekend and shorter stays all year.

Turn off the lights
Please make sure that all recyclables are in the blue cans in the garage. No plastic garbage bags in with recyclables. Also please put all the other trash in the red Can and put out at the street.
Please clean Grill and put the cover back on. Please Leave the house as it was when you arrived,
Please wash any house towels, bath mats etc if used, also please spray off beach chairs, umbrellas from any sand and restack neatly in the garage sweep up any sand. Thank you
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Wonderful week with a beautiful view!

My husband and I stayed here for the week with our dog for a mini baby moon. It was a wonderful home with beautiful views to the ocean that we enjoyed every morning with a cup of coffee, and out on the deck for happy hour. With a 30 minute walk into town, it made it the perfect distance for some morning exercise, or a quick drive to dinner. Would definitely stay here again!

Our whole family had an incredible time! incredible views, Shortwalk to the beach, and A 1/2 an hour walk to the town.You could get the jitney if you didn't want to walk. The owner was very responsive to our needs. The home was beautiful, The only complaint that we had was that the beds were uncomfortable.

Great stay & location w/ fabulous views

We had an excellent stay in January for a nice change of scenery. The location is very close to one of the best beaches in Cape May - just a 30 second walk literally. And there's a nice fenced-in back yard if you bring your small dog(s) as well. The kitchen and dining room are on the third floor and offer beautiful views in a couple different directions. Michelle was great and very easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend and will look to stay again. For nice restaurants, look at Primal (BYOB) and Grana BYOB. Also, Exit Zero and the Ebbit Room, among many other incredible places in town. And be sure to go to Cape May Winery and Hawk Haven Winery for tastings and lunch + Nauti Spirits distillery - all close by. Overall, a great experience!

Great Spot in Cape May

This house is right next to Poverty beach at the very end of Beach Blvd in Cape May. It off the beaten path a bit, so you get to miss the congestion of town. The views are beautiful as well. We had a bit of a snafu our first night with heat and linens, but the owners tried hard to fix the issues. Thanks for the great stay!
