Welcome to our lovely condo! Our recently renovated 2bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is designed with space and to make you feel right at home. We're located in a beautiful gated community in the Sandpiper Village, just off East Route 1 and nestled between Rehoboth, Lewes, and Dewey Beach. The kitchen is well-equipped, complimentary coffee bar to help you start your day. It's close to three outlets and various fun family attractions.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please rinse and load dishes into the dishwasher. -Please run the cycle before you leave. The dishwasher tabs are under the sink.
Take out all trash to the dumpster. Units are located to the front of the building. Empty the fridge. Additional bags are under the sink.
Please place used towels & lines in laundry bags that are located in laundry closet.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The condo was great! Very clean, nice bathrooms, good bedrooms, and it was centrally located for our shopping weekend.The only concern was we didnt get the check-in instructions until the night before - and we had to ask for them. That was stressful.But once we got them, they were easy to follow and everything went smoothly! We would stay here again.
