Enjoy all that Sea Colony and Bethany Beach has to offer at Serving Sand. Wake up in one of Sea Colony’s carriage homes and get ready to start your day while relaxing on the screened porch or master bedroom’s deck. Head to the beach, play tennis in a world-class facility, or swim in one of 12 pools. You could also go to the fitness center, walk or bike the resort’s grounds, or take the kids to the playground. In the evening, eat in or bike to the Sea Colony Marketplace or to Bethany’s boardwalk for good eats and yummy ice cream. Master bedroom with king bed and bath, queen bedroom and bath, and bunk room make this the perfect beach vacation home for two families with kids, or a family with grandparents, or a few couples looking to getaway. Towels and linens are provided and the property has just been updated with new appliances, flooring, furniture, and mattresses. The garage is stocked with beach chairs, bikes, pickleball equipment, basketballs and more. We cannot guarantee beach items and bikes as the season goes on, but as long as previous renters take care of those items, everything you need for a fun beach vacation is there for you. The tram stop to the beach is right at the end of the street and the location is perfect.. right between the tennis center and west lake activity center and the Freeman Fitness Center. There is also a small pier off the lake for catch and release fishing. The amenities and activities at Sea Colony are endless and we would love for you to come check it out at our property. Also, all bedrooms, loft and family room have new Roku TVs and we have games, books, and puzzles for rainy days or those days you got too much sun. We have been vacationing as a family to Sea Colony for over 20 years and are so excited to be able to offer our townhome to you and your family to have the opportunity to make some of the same type of memories at Sea Colony and Bethany Beach. We offer Friday to Friday weeklong rentals or a partial week from Friday-Tuesday, or Tuesday-Friday. We always enjoyed a Friday to Friday rental because the cleaners are not rushed to make sure the unit is ready and all set for you, and you can enjoy a whole weekend at the beach, and have a weekend to recover at home after making your beach memories. Excellent week at Bethany Beach

We had a wonderful stay at Sea Colony! Great community and easy access to Bethany Beach as well as surrounding parts of Delaware and Maryland. Host was very communicative and we especially appreciated the amenities at the house.

Beautiful & Clean Beach House at Sea Colony

The Serving Sand beach house at Sea Colony was perfect! Very clean, and updated. The beach house felt inviting & welcoming. It really made for a perfect Sea Colony vacation. We loved to be able to take the tram to the beach. We got off at Sea Colony Annapolis House, enjoyed the beach there and we could walk from that beach area to the Bethany Beach boardwalk. We would definitely like to stay here again! Thanks so much!

Absolutely Perfect!

We have been staying at Sea Colony every year for 13 years with our kids, who are now young adults. This was by far the best property we have stayed at. Everything was clean, in excellent shape, and it felt like being home. My son and his GF said that it feels like someone lives there, not like it’s a rental. The furniture, linens, kitchen, all felt like items I would select for my own place. We absolutely plan to return again!

We’ve been renting at SeaColony for 20+ years and are thrilled to share that opportunity with your family and friends. We love the tennis, pickleball, beach, pools, fitness center, and bike riding at Sea Colony. We have purchased and renovated our carriage house with the idea of building a home that we would have loved to rent.

Centrally located between the Tennis Center and Fitness Center and steps away from the bike and walking paths, we find the perfect balance of being steps away from the action but able to retreat to our beautiful and peaceful street.

What makes this property unique

Location, location, location. We love being in the heart of Sea Colony and have renovated our home to be somewhere we love to stay. New floors, appliances, faucets, and Roku tvs in each room for 2024.
